They don’t seem to have much liquid eye liner in them . The tip is great, I’m able to draw a precise fine line.

Super sharp and abrasive, and they don’t seems to stay wet at the tip so I can’t get my lines sharp, hopefully it’s only one of them that does this. But what gets put on stays on unless you have miclear water

I’m really happy with these eyeliners. It’s such a good value to have 12. I only opened ine so far, but it works great! The tip is very fine and it’s lime a felt tip marker and goes on so easily. I love the control you have with such a fine tip and I find it easy to keep think and natural or build up for a little more dramatic. Thos liner is pretty forgiving and you can wipe it away quickly if you mess up. Great Value Pack Of Waterproof/Smudge Proof Liquid Eyeliners!
This pack of 12 black liquid eyeliners are a steal of a deal for the quality, quantity and price point.They are indeed waterproof and smudge proof. I tested it on the back of my hand and washed my hands multiple times (in warm soapy water) and it has not smudged even remotely. Where you apply is where it stays. I can use micellar water to remove it but it is great for long wear! The applicator is great and doesn’t bleed everywhere. Super easy to apply a nice cat eye.
