tip: apply section by section! start with one section of your face, apply a few dots, then take a damp beauty sponge and tap at spots. the product dries quickly, so it’s best to work in sections and blend them out so they look more natural.i love this pen so much!! at first i thought the freckles looked awful on me but i tried using the aforementioned method and it works like a charm. they look so natural and gorgeous, i’ve gotten so many compliments!! for reference i have brown skin (fitzpatrick skin type IV) and i use the dark brown shade.

These pens actually create freckles that look pretty natural once you get the hang of it. The two colors are great because layering the lighter and darker shades makes the freckles look more realistic, instead of all being one flat color.They dry quickly, don’t smear once set, and lasted through a full day of errands for me. Just make sure to apply lightly—if you press too hard or add too many at once, they can look a little too bold or blotchy. I found the best way was to gently dot it on, then tap with my finger or a sponge to soften them.

I haven’t tried the original freck freckle product that this one seems to dupe, but I like this one. It comes with 2 choices of color gives quite a natural result. And it’s very easy to use period no complaints, super long lasting too.
