Thin, Watery, and Impossible to Work With
I really wanted to like this eyeliner, but it just didn’t work for me at all. The formula is supposed to be long‑lasting and smooth, but what I got was a black, watery mess. Instead of giving a clean line, it spreads out immediately and smears into the corners of your eyes. Within minutes, it was already running, and by the end of the hour it looked like I’d been caught in the rain.The texture is described as ultra‑creamy and silky, but mine felt thin and uneven, almost like diluted ink. No matter how carefully I applied it, it bled into my lash line and even irritated my eyes when it ran.I appreciate the idea of a lightweight, easy‑glide liner, but this one just doesn’t hold up. Between the smudging, the running, and the overall messiness, it’s not something I’d reach for again.

Received 2 Pack “Cool Black” Eyebrow Pens in retail packaging.This is easy to apply with the marker type tip. You can get a very fine line. The problem is that this seems very runny. I tried shaking the pen quite hard and reapplying and it was exactly the same.I marked several lines across the back of my hand and went about my day, doing tasks around the house. Laundry, cleaning, etc. I wasn’t sweating, but I did wash my hands a couple of times. I didn’t time it, but it definitely did not seem to take long for this liner to nearly disappear from my skin.I’ve tried a variety of these pencils lately, and some can be rather pricey. This deal seems to be on par with basic drugstore liner.I did not have a good experience with what I received. I would recommend seeking out another option, maybe. Perhaps I just received a faulty pack?

Fine lines
I am very happy with this eyeliner and how easy it is to use. The tip is very thin and precise, making it simple to create a clean, accurate line exactly where you want it. Liner That Goes On Nicely… but Doesn’t Quite Win Me Over.😔
Eyeliner is one of those products I want to recommend to others, especially when it promises smooth application, long wear, and all the waterproof confidence in the world. This one certainly glides on with ease—no tugging, no skipping, and the texture feels pleasantly creamy. If first impressions were the whole story, I’d have been thrilled.But after a few hours, the enthusiasm faded right along with the liner itself. Instead of staying crisp, it softened into a faint smudge on my upper lids, almost as if it slowly wandered off to take a break. Waterproof and sweatproof claims aside, my experience didn’t match the description. The formula simply didn’t hold up the way I hoped it would.The price for two tubes makes sense now. It’s affordable, yes, but the performance reflects that. I appreciate a bargain as much as anyone, but I still want reliability—especially for something sitting so close to my eyes.While the application is undeniably smooth, the staying power just isn’t there for me. I’ll be passing on this one and sticking with liners that can keep up with a full day.Made in China by the brand name of Retigazo.

Nice Color, But Doesn’t Last
I really wanted to like this eyeliner because it goes on smoothly and the color looks nice at first. The applicator made it easy to apply, and the formula felt lightweight. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold up as well as I expected. It started smudging and fading after just a few hours, even though it’s advertised as waterproof and long-lasting. It may work if you’re only wearing it for a short time, but it didn’t last through a full day for me.

Worked twice
To say this liner worked twice isn’t quite accurate. The first application was even, gorgeous, easy, and worked in one swipe on the lid only – not the waterline. It didn’t smudge but it didn’t stay put either. The second wear didn’t go so well – I had to run the liner along my lids several times for anything to “stick”, and it didn’t go on smoothly. This time I avoided the waterline and focused on my lids. It still didn’t last long this time around. I have oily lids and had hopes that this would work given the lack of smearing during the first wear, but it doesn’t seem oil- or water- proof. (It also washed off easily with no elbow-grease required.) I have no sensitivities and didn’t get any sort of negative reaction out of the formula.

The ink style eyeliner itself is very easy to apply, needing almost no pressure to get a solid line. This makes it easy to get your look perfect in one smooth swipe as you won’t have to press so hard as to cause your eyelid to move. A wonderful thing if you’re an older woman with less supple than they once were eye lids. Long wearing and water resistant, this is a great eyeliner for your romantic movie date night. 5 stars will buy again.
