Comes off with numbing cream
If you’re a PMU artist expecting this to last under numbing, DO NOT PURCHASE!! I matted the stencil with powder before applying numbing and it came off in a red glob as soon as I peeled the Saran Wrap off and lost all of my mapping.Giving it a 2 star because if you’re someone who maps and draws AFTER numbing then this may work for you. It was very visible under dark hair which I usually find trying. But if you plan to use prior to numbing, this is the last thing you should use
