    Waterproof? No. No smudging? Yes!

    Unfortunately, these are not exactly waterproof eyeliners. They come off quite easily with water and a rag, better than a makeup wipe. However, I think they meant that this product doesn’t smudge. If there is no water or tears on the eyeliner, it does not smudge at all. Like I said, not exactly waterproof. For the price of two eyeliners, it is not bad.

    I bought both the white and black eye liner for different effects on my eyes. This is the fourth white eye liner that I have purchased recently. The white shows up very white! I love these eyeliners because they glide across my eyelashes smoothly and I can fix any boo boo immediately. Thick or thin, this a really nice eyeliner!

    Half stars because I ordered the black and white set and the white did not work at all. It was not dried out, but the eyeliner is not opaque enough to be visible. The black went on well and stayed on with minimal smudging.
