    It’s so nice, it doesn’t have a white gel base it’s just clear with sparkles. It smells a little weird but it’s not noticeable unless you sniff the bottle directly. I’d say its 100% worth the money, it looks super cute even if you put it on just plain without any eye shadow or anything!
