The products are tiny and super cute.. I tried the contour and powder on my hand to test the color and it blends really well with my skin. The lipstick is a pretty color and if you use the pink it makes it look more natural. Nice quality too.

I loved this 12-day calendar. I had really low expectations: I thought it would be a fun way to spend 12 days, opening a new makeup product each day and trying it out, but I expected it to be a stereotypical cheap makeup brand with the actual products being of bad quality, bag pigmentation, not long-wearing, and in general not being worth long-term use. Boy was I wrong.The only products I didn’t love: the pressed powder (it was too light for my skin tone, but also I don’t use pressed powder often so if something else was included instead I would not have been disappointed) and the mascara (I hate that wand shape/size, but the actual mascara formula is a fibre mascara and was really good! I’m sad the wand sucks). I also don’t really use contour, but it was a GOOD product so I’m inclined to try to contour stick many more times before I confirm I don’t like using contour. It was a pretty good contour/bronzer shade for my skin tone, surprisingly enough!The products I was kinda “meh” on and why: the blush was pretty orange. I think it’s actually really nice as an orangey-peach eyeshadow, but if you were intending on using it as a blush you might be disappointed. You could layer it with something much more red or bubblegum pink to tone both options down and get to something much more natural-looking. The squeezy-tube of lip gloss was also a BRIGHT pink, not a shade I normally wear. The formula was really nice though, and I have used it a couple of times. It’s just not the colour I would normally reach for. The true liquid lipstick, on my skin tone, is very brown. Again, my personal preference is that I’m not a brown-lip-colour person, so for me personally this is not a product I would reach for. But like with the lip gloss, I actually really like the formula, the pigment is out of this world, and it’s really long-wearing. It stays “slippy” feeling on the lips even when it dries down, like a velvet matte texture, so it doesn’t feel drying. My only complaint is that it’s not my shade (and, like I said, that’s personal).The products I really liked: the lipstick. That shade is NICE. It’s a terracotta-red, not your typical fire-engine red that comes in advent calendars. I love it. I also love the second “liquid lipstick” that I would call a lip oil. It’s very slightly pigmented, but has a really nice feel on the lips (not sticky, not goopy). Love the green metallic eyeshadow. It also has great pigment, lasted 13 hours on my lids without fallout or creasing. The highlighter turns me into a disco ball and I find it hilarious…but not as a highlighter. I did try it on my face once, and even with the lightest of hands I was glowing like a flashlight. Incredible shimmer payoff! It works amazingly well as an eyeshadow topper to turn a matte shade into a metallic shimmer without dramatically changing the colour. The 4-pan eyeshadow palette was also really nice, especially that shimmer shade.In the photos, I included swatches of all of the products on my skin (except the mascara and lip gloss, which are pretty self-explanatory on their own…).I would highly recommend this advent calendar if you’re looking for yourself or a gift for someone else. For the price it has great products, they’re unusual colours (for an advent calendar!), and there’s no plastic trash in it like other calendars (I don’t want a 9-cent hair clip in a makeup advent calendar!). It would also be a great gift for someone just starting to get into makeup and wants to experiment with different product types and colours they might not normally gravitate towards. I would buy this again for sure, and I hope they make a new variant for December 2026 with different shades or products in it!
