Cute for little kids, with a few quality tradeoffs
This is really aimed at the younger dress up crowd. I used it with my 4 year old at the kitchen table, and honestly the case was half the fun. It twists open in layers like little petals, and she kept opening and closing it even before getting into the makeup.The set has a good variety for pretend play, lip gloss, lipstick, nail polish, brushes, and a few different compartments, so it feels like a full little kit instead of one or two items tossed together. The colors are pretty light and glittery, not super bold, which I actually prefer for little kids. Less mess, less chance of ending up with clown makeup all over the house.Cleanup was easy, which matters a lot with something like this. We wiped most of it off skin with just water and a washcloth, and the nail polish came off without much drama too. The case is also small enough to store easily, and I can see reusing it later for little jewelry or random tiny treasures.Why not 5 stars. Some of the pieces feel a little cheap for the price, and the lipstick in particular seems like the weak point. Ours was usable, but I can see how those could break or be hard to remove. Still, for ages 3 to 5, it’s a fun set and keeps the mess manageable.

Adorable makeup set!
This makeup set is very cute for a young girl! It has a good variety, quality is good for play makeup and the case unfolds as a flower which is a neat feature. The makeup has washed off easily. This was a gifted to a 4 yr old. I think it’s appropriate for 4-6 yr olds based on quality and design. It’s for play and comparable to other kids makeup. Overall, great buy for a young girl!

Ages 3-10.” This is an adorable makeup kit for little girls who like to play dress up! It is a nice assortment of makeup and brushes for enjoyable play & pretend. The makeup itself is easy to remove, does not stain the skin. The case is a nice size and opens to be a flower. This set seems to be of good quality and is a great value.

Cute makeup holder. Makeup is easy to clean off.
This is a cute little gift for a young girl who likes makeup. Perfect age would probably be about 3 to 5 years old. It’s pretty cheaply made, however, I don’t think that really detracts from the overall vibe. The makeup holder… thingy… is made a cheap plastic, however, it is the funnest part. You twist knob on top, which is actually a mirror and has some brushes in it, and the whole thing opens up like a pretty little flower. My daughter loved that part and has mostly spent all of her time opening and closing it. When the makeup runs out, I think it’s going to be a holder for little kid knickknacks, jewelry, rocks, twigs, basically all the stuff that preschoolers like to store.There’s make up inside, a pretty poor quality, but it is supposed to be for little girls, so I don’t suppose this matters much. It does wash off easily with water, including the nail polish, which was a bit of a surprise. The nail polish is sticky and stringy and does take 3 to 5 coats to get it thick enough to be visible on the nail, and it actually all came off in the tub later. But it also came off my counter nicely too, so no complaints there.Something to note is that it is very secure inside the holder, however, it’s actually too secure. My daughter can’t get it out by herself, and I have to use a knife to pry out the little lipsticks. We solved this by taking out the holders, and just letting the lipsticks and other things that she wanted to play with just sit inside their respective flower pedal holder.Given how much my daughter really likes this, it’s a fine value for the money, age-appropriate, and pretty cute.

My daughter loved this. Cute way for the makeup to open up like a flower. All the brushes were nice. The mirror ended up falling out shortly after but that didn’t matter to my daughter as she didn’t use it anyway. You have a lot of color options here and my son loved getting his nails painted by his sister 😂 I’d say this is for toddlers not older kids.
