Bare minerals is the best primer
It’s not my absolute fave. But Nate minerals keeps reformulating. Bare minerals by far is the best though.

4 hours at best
Junk, don’t waste your money. It says 24 hour wear and that’s just simply not true. I tested it from 8am to 4pm and by noon my eyeshadow was smeared and creased all over. It looked like I hadn’t put any primer on at all.

Creates a film? Not my favorite.
This formulation is almost waterproof. It does the job, but it’s not the experience that the old tube you applied with your finger was. This creates a sort of film. Technically does the job, just not enjoyable to use. I won’t buy it again.

I use to work at a make-up counter so I have been exposed to all sorts of makeup lines. This primer is decent, but not the best I have used. If you are looking for clean makeup, this does a good job. You have to determine what is more important. To me, the clean piece is more important than my makeup lasting 24 hrs.

Same quality but different.
I used to use Bareminerals eyelid primer. It came in a squeeze tube. It was tiny and didn’t take much. I recently ran out. I couldn’t find it anywhere. So I ordered this. It’s different than theEyelid primer but it does help keep the eyeshadow in place and it doesn’t get goopy in the creases even when you sweat. I will purchase it again when I run out.

Game changing eye shadow
I have never used shadow extender and purchased this as something new to try. Since using it I have found it creates a richer color, helps prevent eye shadow from creasing, and makes my eye shadow last even longer.

Not what it used to be.
I am very disappointed in the Bare Minerals prime time eye shadow extender. It used to come in a small squeeze tube (see the picture, the small tube on the right, is the original one that I wish they would bring back) that you could squeeze a tiny amount on your fingertip and apply to your eyelid. Now it comes with an applicator inside of the bottle and it is clear so you can’t tell if it’s been applied. Not only that, now I have to take the applicator tip and rub it across my eyelid, stick it back in the bottle, therefore contaminating the bottle. I am so disappointed and will never buy this again.
