    Worth the money

Best makeup fix ever . It does take quite a while to dry , but nonetheless it does a very good job

    Dual use effective product!

This is both for priming, and for setting, so it’s nice being able to combine two products into one bottle and simplify your stash and routine. It seems to work well enough. Do whatever prep you need pre-makeup application, then spray some of this on your face. Apply makeup, then top off with this. It helps set your look and blends things in a little bit.The spray itself is nice and fine, no stray splatter or drops, it’s a consistent mist. The bottle is also well sized to fit in a purse or bag to use as needed throughout the day.

    Great primer

This setting spray not only feels lightweight when i spray it, but it doesn’t disturb my makeup underneath. The mist is fine and doesn’t feel like being pelted by tiny droplets which is sometimes the issue with products like these. It does make a difference in the overall wear time of makeup, adding hours to the freshness and keeping away the settling or break-apart that foundation usually has.The bottle contains plenty of product, you won’t run out right away. You’ll have plenty of sprays even if you’re using it both under and over your makeup.I would factor that double use into the cost breakdown, as having a 2 in 1 product does mean you’re only having to pay once for a product doing two jobs. The formula itself is nice and leaves behind a glowy finish rather than making you look oily, which i prefer even with dry skin.

    It’s nice

I received the Beauty Pie Wonderfilter Primer & Setting Spray and have been using it as a setting spray. I don’t use primers because I don’t see them making a difference in my case. I apply my skin care (toner and serum) then SPF, powder foundation and color products. I have normal to oily skin so prefer soft matte products but sometimes I end up looking too matte, and so I use this Beauty Pie spray (and others) to add a little life to the face. I like that the spray is very fine and doesn’t leave droplets or disturbs the makeup. I can’t detect a scent, and I get a glowy finish without looking oily. I haven’t noticed a big difference in how long the makeup wears with or without the spray, but I feel it adds hydration and glow in a subtle way.

my go-to primer and setting spray.

This has become my go-to primer and setting spray. I love it so much!I didn’t understand how a spray could be a primer, so I initially got this for the setting spray aspect. It is a game-changer! I never used to prime my whole face, but now it takes 2 seconds, and I’m done.I don’t notice any scent.By having two products in one, I reduce my makeup bag too.

It depends on why you are using the Wonderfilter

Beauty Pie Wonderfilter Blurring Skin Primer & Setting Spray is not my favorite primer. There are several reasons, and the first one is the delivery method. It is a spray bottle. No, I don’t love spray bottles, and no, my shirt, my hair, neck, and wall do no need to be primed, either. I find a spray bottle to be a highly inefficient way to deliver any beauty or skincare product. I feel that too much product is lost in the delivery, and if the nozzle is slightly off-center, your hair gets a great portion of the primer/foundation/serum/whatever.Once this primer actually gets on my face, I don’t love it, either. It’s supposed to be a blurring primer, but what I see is a shiny coat of something. It does not appear to “blur” anything. As a matter or fact, this primer seems to highlight shine and fine lines. It does what it is not supposed to do. It glows, and exacerbates all of my facial issues. I kind of feel like I am wearing a spotlight that targets my awkward spots! It does, however, work very well as a primer to hold makeup in place. When I use it as a regular makeup primer, it works to keep my makeup from slipping or blotching up. I wore this all day and my makeup not only did not budge, at the end of the day looked very much like it had at the beginning of the day. This did keep my makeup fresh all day, with no need to reapply or touch-up anything. So I have decided not to wear this if I am not going to wear makeup. I won’t bother with “blurring skin primers”. They don’t add anything to my skin routine. However, using this primer under cosmetics absolutely helps products stay fixed in place. So it depends on what you want to use this Wonderfilter for.

Lightweight Setting Spray – Soft Dewy Finish

This setting spray feels lightweight and comfortable on my skin. What stands out most is how it helps set my makeup without making my skin look flaky or tight. My makeup does not look weighed down, and the finish reads more glowy and dewey rather than flat, matte, oily, or overly shiny. It feels balanced, which I appreciate. The bottle is generously sized. A small amount seems to go a long way, so it feels like it will last through many applications. The mist sprays easily and evenly, and the application feels straightforward without much effort. The formula feels buildable. I prefer starting with a light spray from a bit of distance and then layering more only if needed. Going in too heavy at once does not seem necessary. That is probably the only thing to keep in mind, starting light works better here.It holds up well and feels like it lasts a long time on the skin. I am impressed with how it performs overall, without feeling too heavy or uncomfortable.

Versatile mist that preps, sets, and refreshes

Products with multiple uses are always at the top of my list, so a primer and setting spray that can also be used as a refresher throughout the day definitely caught my attention. This lightweight mist does a nice job at all three—prepping my skin before makeup, setting my look afterward, and giving a quick freshen-up when I need it.What I liked:Very lightweight and comfortable on the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy, sticky, or tight.Works well as a primer before makeup, a setting spray after, and a refreshing mist during the day.Gives a subtle blurring effect that helps soften the look of pores and fine lines without looking flat.Dries quickly and layers nicely with makeup without disturbing it.The skincare-infused formula with niacinamide and aloe is soothing and feels gentle, even on sensitive skin.Things to consider:The blurring effect is subtle, so if you want a more dramatic pore-filling primer, this is softer in comparison. The dewy finish may not be ideal if you prefer a very matte look.

    Quite nice!

The Wonderfilter Blurring Skin Primer & Setting Spray from Beauty Pie is lightly scented with an almost undetectable pleasant fragrance. The bottle is a nice size at 3.38oz. I found this to be a pretty decent dual product, though I think, for my skin, it may be more effective as a setting spray than a primer. I don’t usually use primer beneath my liquid foundation as I don’t find it to be very necessary. I do however always use a setting spray. It does help my makeup to stay put longer, but it did not stand up to sweat very well (not much does!). I sweat a lot at work and while blotting the sweat off my face with a bandana, I noticed my makeup coming off as well. Not a big surprise, as I mentioned before there are not many sweat proof makeup products that I have run across. I like this for more casual days where I may not be breaking a sweat, or setting my makeup for a date night or event. This product did not cause any irritation to my skin and it did not b feel drying either. Overall, I like it quite well, for the right environment.
