some good, some not so good features
Hard to find a perfect mascara and this one has some good features and others don’t hold up. Medium size brush and applies nicely, coats lashes without clumping and keeps them separated well. Does make lashes look longer but not fuller in my opinion. Claims of smudge and water proof though would be up for debate. Wore for only a couple of hours and had black flecks under eyes, wiped a teary eye and most of mascara came off with just that little wipe. So I would not say long lasting by any means. If you are looking for a mascara that makes eye lashes look clean and long for just a short time this is good but for longer wearing or to the beach, try another one.

Great mascara! But the tube broke making it hard to use!
The mascara itself is fantastic. It is pigmented and goes on smoothly, and stay on all day with no dropping. It’s even easy to wash off compared to other waterproof mascaras I’ve used in the past. But unfortunately for me the tube broke on the inside and now when I put the wand in and pull it out, the wand is covered is mascara. I have to scape it off on the side and it’s just a huge mess. I’m still using it though and that speaks for quality of the mascara, just not the tube it comes in.

I was not too impressed with this mascara. I waited for an event to wear, and good thing it was mostly in the dark, because it did smudge after a few hours, so I would say for short wear it is good, but not for long lasting. I did feel that it coated well and I had some nice long length lashes, but again only for a short while.

Did not work well for me.
This mascara is not one I will buy again. If you’re just looking for a little color on your lashes this will do alright BUT it did not live up to my expectations. I had a hard time applying it so my lashes matched ( one seemed to layer better than the other..idk). Also the curling claims did not hold up. Even with using my eyelash curler my lashes didn’t seem curled much at all. The price sounds okay but you can get a better mascara for the $10 this cost at your local drugstore.

This mascara glides right on. I only need one coat. It is easy to remove with facial cleanser. I love the wand . It even gets my smallest eyelash hairs.the mascara tube is also very eye catching. Quite pretty to look at.

I’m not a fan of this mascara
I ordered this because I’m getting pretty low on mascara, and even though I usually stick with my trusty old favorites, I decided to try something new. I really wish I had stuck with what I know works because this was a complete disaster.Application IssuesThis mascara goes on very lightly, which means you can build it up without getting big globs right from the start. That sounds like a positive, but it actually created problems. It took me a good 20 strokes to get my lashes to look decent, which felt like way too much work. There seems to be very little product getting onto the brush – I did a test by brushing the wand on my hand to see how much was coming off, and it was barely visible, whereas with most mascaras you’d see a lot of dark black.I used more mascara on one eye than the other just to see if it made a difference, and it does, but not in a good way. The lashes clump together in spikes and groupings. The eye with less mascara actually looked better to me, even though it wasn’t as noticeable. This clumping happens even with fewer applications.The “curling” claim didn’t pan out either. My lashes normally curl a little when I use other curling mascaras, but this one doesn’t seem to curl them at all. It does make them stand up, but that’s about it. To be fair, I didn’t read the instructions before I applied the mascara and they did say to use a back and forth motion – perhaps that would have helped with the curling. I’ll never know because I’ve now thrown this away.This is why I threw it awayHere’s where things went from disappointing to genuinely alarming. When I tried to remove the mascara, I used a gentle face wash first to see if I could get it off without harsh makeup remover (I’d gotten rid of mine since I don’t typically use waterproof products anymore). This mascara started coming off in a tube type effect, like some tubular mascaras I’ve used before, but my actual eyelashes came with it.I found at least three eyelashes that came off – I have never, ever, EVER had eyelashes come off with my mascara before. I wasn’t pulling or tugging or being rough, just simple gentle rubbing with my makeup towel. I was horrified and super annoyed. Not only that, but it didn’t all come off, so I still need to figure out how to get the rest off without losing more lashes.What Did WorkI’ll give credit where it’s due – after several coats, the mascara stays fairly soft so your lashes don’t feel brittle like some other mascaras do. It’s also definitely waterproof – I tried putting my wet finger across my lashes and it didn’t budge at all.My TakeawayBetween the poor application experience requiring way too many strokes, the clumpy spiky results, and the fact that this mascara actually pulled out my eyelashes during removal, I absolutely cannot recommend this product. The removal issue alone is a dealbreaker – no mascara should take your actual lashes with it when you’re being gentle. This gets a definite thumbs down from me, and I’ll be sticking with my tried-and-true favorites until I’m feeling brave again.

It’s Okay, But Not My Favorite
I gave this mascara a try because the price was good and I liked the idea of it being waterproof. It goes on smooth and made my lashes look a little longer, which was nice. But after a few hours, I noticed some black bits under my eyes, and it didn’t hold up like I hoped. It also took a lot of swipes to get the look I wanted, and even then, my lashes looked kinda clumpy. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d reach for again. If you only need it for a short event, it might work fine.

After applying two layers, my lashes looked slightly longer and fulle. It held up all day—no smudging, flaking, or smearing—and still looked fresh by the evening. I also appreciate that it was easy to remove at the end of the day. Great option if you’re looking for waterproof mascara that delivers both volume and length without being f too extreme.
