    Dried and unusable

    Yet another dried out unusable eyeliner product. Again, I’m passed the return window. Unsure it’s it’s an old product or just a bad product… Hardcdrry and unusable

    This is my current favorite eyeliner pencil. I can put it on in the morning and not worry about it smudging for hours. It works really well to tightline, which is something I had struggled with until I got this pencil. I dropped it on the tile floor in my bathroom and the lead didn’t break, so that’s a bonus.

    Not as smudge stuff as you’d expect

    You have to not touch it for a while for it to set. If you touch it too soon, it will smear or end up on your eyelash curler. The application is really smooth but it’s not as precise. The color is also not as dark as you’d think it is.

    How can I give mote stars 🌟. Why did I spent 20 some dollars for years. It is the perfect micro eye pencil. Please do not stop making them. I need to order 2 other colors and another dark brown.

    subtle and precise (almost) everyday liner

    compact and easy to apply/manipulate but also easy to smudge. if you’re lazy and want to quickly apply eyeliner or have a lot of surface area to cover then this can get annoying since the pencil tip is on the smaller side

    I started using Clio eye liner since 2012? They’re so solid I’m so glad I can get this in the states too. This is a different version than I used to use but this thin one is awesome 😎

    I use it on my lower lashes! Not too dark nor too light! Perfect Brown Color. The best part is the water-resistant pencil liner. I loved it! One of the great products of CLIO! Good quality pencil liner!
