Great quality and very useful
I ordered and received the lash primer. At $19.99, this was a great value for this product. It is a small amount, but you don’t need much per use, so it should last forever.I can tell this is a high quality product, even from the packaging. It is made in the UK, which was unexpected. I was expecting it to be made in China, but I am honestly more comfortable using this product knowing it wasn’t.And it has dual purposes: it helps remove oils from the lashes, it provides nutrients to help keep your lashes healthy, and it helps speed up glue curing time. And I can absolutely tell it is successful at both removing oil and speeding up curing time, but I will take their word for it on the nutrients.I tend to have very oily eyelids, and even if I clean my eyelids and lashes really well before applying clusters, my eyelids will start to get oily by the end of the day, and it can cause my inside and outside clusters to start to peel. With this product, I noticed a HUGE improvement in how long before they start to peel.It dries pretty quickly, but I recommend taking your time in letting it fully set. I like to wait at least 5 minutes, maybe even more.Also, I don’t have a strong sense of smell, but I didn’t notice any strong odor.

At the time of placing the order this was $21. Right now there’s currently a 20% off coupon available which I think is a great price because you get a half ounce glass bottle with a great dropper to pull out just the right amount so you don’t waste product.I am intermediate when it comes to applying lashes and I am building on it. It took me a long time to realize that there are multiple steps to goodlash application. So this is for the novices out there, not for the advanced users!Over time I’ve come to realize that to really get my lashes applied correctly and to stay in place, it’s a four-step process at minimum, clean your eyelashes, apply primer, apply adhesive then lash bond.I like this brand for a few different reasons, it is made in the UK by Canadian company and I can easily look up all of the ingredients online. As I mentioned, the glass bottle is great. The dropper will dispense the exact amount that I need so I’m not wasting product and the instructions are super easy to follow.I followed the instructions, applied one drop to a q-tip then on to my lashes. What I do is put a lower lash pad on then close my eye and stroke the q-tip down the length of the lashes without touching the skin of my lid, and with the help of the lash pad on the lower lashes, I’m able to get product fully onto both sides of my lashes underneath and on top without getting it on by the skin under my eyes. Eyes. The instructions say to wait 1 to 2 minutes before applying the lashes, however, this happens nationally for me because it takes me that long to pick up the lash clusters get the adhesive on and start applying in place. Place it goes a lot faster with strips as opposed to wispies.I have found that using this product has improved the adhesive performance and has not irritated my super sensitive skin. There is no overwhelming scent, there’s a little bit of a chemically sent but it dissipates as it’s drying into your lashes. I’ve started using this brand for each step with my lashes including the last step the 5-minute eyelash extension remover for sensitive eyes.Over the past month I both have been improving my application process as well as my routine, I do feel that this brand is working out well for me and I’ve not experienced any negative side effects especially with my sensitive skin.The size of the bottle with the applicator is going to last for a couple of months easily because you don’t need a lot. A little goes a long way. It does not feel greasy as it absorbs into my lashes and has supported in my opinion. The adhesives nature to perform even better.

I absolutely love this primer, i am a licensed lash technician and i have tried other primers in the past that didnt seem to really make a difference? Literally half of 1 drop does 1 clients full lash set, so far i have some pretty good feedback from my clients stating very good retention! (Please do not use this on yourself at home this product is specifically made for PROFESSIONAL licensed lash technicians)

Curacoro Biotin Lash Primer for Lash ExtensionsThis lash primer comes in an easy to use glass bottle with a push dropper in the lid. A very little of the primer goes a long way. The lash primer has a light scent but nothing overpowering. It is not sticky or oily. It seems to help get rid of the oils on my natural lashes before applying lash extensions. The product seems like good quality with the glass bottle and gold dropper lid. It functions like it should and help my lash extensions adhere better and last longer. Overall not a bad value.

Easy to use & effective!
I’m impressed by this primer! It’s made in the UK, not China, which is great & makes me feel a bit more comfortable about safety so close to my eyeballs! On to how it works… I use oils on my face daily, so my lashes tend to be oily & that can cause issues when applying clusters, especially on the outer edges. This primer seems to have solved that issue for me! The cluster on my outer edge is just as firmly attached as the clusters in the center – no fluttering, even after 3 days! Without the primer the edge of that outer cluster usually starts fluttering within hours, so this is huge for me! The primer is easy to use, too. The directions say to use 2-3 drops on a q tip, apply to natural lashes & wait 1-2 minutes. I used 3 drops, and found it was more than enough to prime the lashes on both eyes. I’ll use 2 drops next time. Application is easy, just take your time swiping it on, & be careful to avoid skin & eyeballs. Wait a few minutes, and proceed with lash application as usual. I found that the cluster attach to my natural lashes faster/easier using this primer, as though the glue works better, probably because there’s no oil combating it! I did prime both eyes at the same time, and found that the left eye (done 2nd) was even faster & easier than the right, so letting it rest longer might be helpful? I’m going to keep using this, and will update the review if I encounter any issues or discover any new tricks to it, but for now, I’m really pleased, and will reorder when I finish the bottle!

Improves lash retention
I decided to incorporate this Biotin Primer by Curacoro into my prep process and I’m impressed with the results.The packaging itself looks professional and high quality. The application is straightforward, I just use a micro swab to apply it to the natural lashes after cleansing. It does an good job of removing any lingering oils or residue, creating a clean base for the adhesive to bond to. It also seems to accelerate the curing time of my glue just slightly.All in all, I would recommend this biotin primer to any lash tech who wants to elevate their service. It’s a simple step that makes a difference in lash retention and the overall quality of your work.
