    I’ve struggled to wing liner for most of my adult life. Never again! I go in with the stamp then define with a liquid liner. I prefer the liquid liner to define & touch it up because it works better for my eye shape; however the felt tip part of it is just as good. This liner stays on, did not cause any irritation, dried quickly and was easy to apply.

    It is waterproof. When it’s dry it ain’t going no where into you wash it off. If even it comes off then. I love the stamp. It makes it easier to do the cat eye look.
