Buildable Lip and Cheek Tint Duo for a Natural Glow
This lip and cheek duo includes a blush tint and a tinted lip balm designed to give buildable sheer color with a hydrating glossy finish and a natural-looking glow. The textures are easy to apply, the color is wearable for everyday use, and the set is vegan and cruelty-free. It is a great item with great quality at a great price, and my teenage daughter loves this brand. For a more detailed review, continue reading.I received this duo through Amazon Vine and passed it to my daughter, who has been using both products as part of a simple everyday makeup routine. The tinted lip balm has a buttery feel and glides on without tugging. It leaves a sheer wash of color with a glossy finish that looks more like healthy lips than heavy lipstick. She can wear one layer for a subtle tint or add more for a slightly stronger look. The formula feels hydrating rather than drying, which is important for something she can reapply during the day.The blush tint works in a similar way. A small amount blends easily on the cheeks and gives a soft, natural flush instead of a thick stripe of color. Because it is buildable, it is more forgiving than some pigmented blushes that are hard to tone down once they are on. The finish has a light glow that looks fresh in person and does not appear cakey. Used together, the lip and cheek products create a coordinated, low-effort look that fits school, casual outings, or days when she does not want a full makeup routine.Quality is good for the price. The textures feel smooth, the color pays off evenly, and the products have stayed comfortable on the skin so far. My daughter already likes this brand for affordable, easy-to-use makeup, and this duo fits that pattern well. At this price a two-in-one set that works on both lips and cheeks is a practical value. This lip and cheek duo is a simple, wearable option for a natural glow. The hydrating balm, sheer blush tint, and easy application make it a strong everyday choice, especially for someone who wants color without a complicated routine.

Light color, sticky gloss — best for tweens or young teens
The blush in this duo is almost completely non‑existent once you blend it in, so you can easily skip that side if you’re looking for real color payoff. The lip balm adds a light tint and has a pleasant strawberry scent, but it does feel sticky on the lips.Overall, this set is more appropriate for a young teen or tween who wants to experiment with very light, beginner‑friendly makeup. It’s cute, gentle, and easy to use — just not very effective if you’re hoping for noticeable blush or a non‑sticky gloss.

It’s ok
It’s fine. Tints never work well on me.I like the texture of the gloss. I see myself using it quite a bit.

Such a great duo from e.l.f.!!!
I have been such a huge e.l.f. fan for so many years. It has been exciting to see them grow and come out with fantastic products that rival luxury brands, while also keeping their classic best sellers. I was excited for this duo to arrive as I have wanted to try out their lip balm for sooooo long. I have many from other brands so I didn’t want to order it and find that it wasn’t anything special. I am extremely familiar with the lip stain. I am almost embarrassed to admit I have five different shades. Pink Positive was the first one I bought and it is a perfect intro to the line. It is probably the least pigmented of all the ones I have, making it a lighter pink. It is the shade I reach for when I am in a more natural looking mood, for running errands and such. I even like putting it on my lips after I wash my face and before my overnight lip mask. It is definitely more subtle than the berry and red shades in the line but it is literally the color I always wished my lips actually were without anything makeup on. I love it. I am not a huge fan of it on my cheeks though. If you like that flushed look it gives, it might be for you, but I have naturally pink cheeks that have always looked slightly flushed on their own, so when I try these on my cheeks, I feel like I look even more flushed and it is simply not a good look for me. It definitely looks great on some people, just not me. It is also a little difficult to apply to the cheeks. A sponge is a fantastic way to make sure it doesn’t apply patchy. Using a brush just looks streaky to me and the first time I tried it with my fingers, it looked horrible. Not to mention, since it is a stain, it is hard to wash off my hands. So yes, a sponge is perfect for applying. Like I said, I love it for my lips, just not for my cheeks. I love that it is a true stain and as an alternative to the jelly stick applicators that a lot of brands came out with. I have some of those and the color has to be layered with time in between repeatedly to get the pigmentation that is easy to obtain with just a couple of layers. The liquid is absorbed into my lips very quickly. I usually apply two layers and then after waiting a couple of minutes, I put on whatever gloss I want. But you don’t have to apply anything else I’d you want a matte look and once it dries, I don’t feel it and I forget it is there. The Strawberry Shortcake lip balm ended up being everything I wanted it to be and is without a doubt, one of my favorite lip balms EVER. It was so difficult to take accurate pictures. My phone did not want to cooperate, but I finally got a couple pictures that accurately showed the pink shade of the gloss. It is a muted lighter pink and one of my favorite type of shades for my lips. The balm has a clear plastic tip for an applicator and I love when brands do that. It is however, very easy for it to get messy, so it is important to wipe it off before putting on the cap. The gloss itself is not sticky or gooey and it has the perfect amount of ahine. I like using it as a topper on my favorite lip liner and lipstick combos, but it looks great with a lip liner or by itself. It of course moisturizes my lips well and once it has worn off, I am not left with any dryness or weird residue like I have experienced with ithers. It truly amazes me that a drugstore formula can be so much more superior to various luxury brands but it is true. I am so glad this duo had the shade that I had been wanting, but now I definitely want to try out more colors as well as the shimmery formula. This duo is a fantastic way to try out two great products for an excellent value. I definitely recommend buying them if these are products you have been wanting to try or if these are shades that you want to add to your collection. I am thrilled to have finally tried the lip balm and I have a backup for the stain. It is a total win!

Affordable Lip and Cheek Duo with Beautiful Lasting Color
This lip and cheek duo is such a great everyday product. I’m very familiar with e.l.f. products, and one thing I love about the brand is that they consistently offer affordable makeup that performs much better than its price point. The cheek tint is easy to apply and blends effortlessly into the skin. The color is buildable so you can create a soft wash of color or add a little more for a brighter look. Once applied, it lasts surprisingly well and stays looking fresh for most of the day. I also like that it doesn’t have any noticeable fragrance. The lip balm is equally nice. It gives the lips a natural-looking tint and a pretty glossy finish that feels comfortable to wear. The formula isn’t sticky and I like that it doesn’t have a scent or taste. Since it’s more of a balm-gloss formula, it doesn’t last as long as the cheek tint, but it’s easy to reapply throughout the day. This is really great for creating a coordinated, natural makeup look while saving space in your makeup bag. Having complementary lip and cheek colors makes it easy to put together a fresh, polished look in just a few minutes. The combination of the long-lasting cheek tint and the hydrating lip balm makes this a versatile duo that I reach for often. The colors are flattering, the formulas are easy to use and it offers excellent value for the price.

e.l.f. Does It Again/Great Duo at a Great Price!!!
I was excited to try the e.l.f. Cosmetics Sheer You Glow Lip & Cheek Duo, and it definitely lived up to my expectations! The Sheer For It Blush Tint in Pink Positive is a pretty sheer pink. I swipe it onto my cheeks, then quickly dab and blend it outward using tapping motions. Since it’s lightly pigmented/sheer, I just add more blush tint until I get the amount of color I want. It gives my cheeks a really pretty, natural-looking flush.I also added a little of the tint to my lips for a sheer wash of color, then topped it with the Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm in Strawberry Shortcake, which is a beautiful soft pink. The balm feels moisturizing and hydrating, leaves my lips feeling smooth, and adds a lovely shine without being sticky. The balm has such a yummy strawberry scent, and the little bit of sweetness you can taste is a nice bonus…I’d honestly consider it a lip balm and lip gloss in one. Both are lightweight, easy to apply, and great for an everyday natural look. I think this duo is a great value for the price. e.l.f. does it again and never disappoints me. Highly recommend!

This strawberry shortcake cheek & lip stain plus balm are perfect on light-ti-medium skin tone.
I was skeptical that this very liquid blush tint would go on well. However, there’s a tiny sleeve that the applicator sponger comes out of that removes excess product. I appliled three dots of color with the sponge and blended it with my fingers and then did another few dots and blended with my brush. Very soft, light blendable coverage.I put the stain on my lips and it was not very dark. I put a second coat on and it was just right. Then I added the lip balm gloss over it and it was perfect. Shiny but not sticky. Moisturizing with a soft strawberry scent. Mild sweek flavor too. I think the balm could be applied with no pinkish undertone and still look and feel great. It doesn’t last long, especially after eating, but it stays on a few hours otherwise. I got the strawberry shortcake color. I would definitely consider this in other shades as well. This is a good value for $14 for both products. It’s a nice sheer but buildable coverage with staying power.

Blush and Lip Balm
My daughter, who loves experimenting with cosmetics and beauty products, was thrilled when she spotted this on Amazon. She’s been using it for a few days now and thoroughly enjoys it. She gave it a solid 5-star rating because it’s easy to layer and apply. The color is just right—it has the perfect amount of pigment and goes on smoothly. The applicator is great for applying the product. She particularly likes that it’s designed to dispense just the right amount of product onto the applicator. The bottle size is perfect for her purse. She also likes the light fragrance. The best part of this product is that it doesn’t dry out her skin even after extended wear. The taste is mild and pleasant. The smooth texture of the product makes it easy to use.Overall, I’d rate this an excellent value for the money and a great choice for lip tint.
