SEARCH NO FURTHER! I call it… My Miracle Lash Serum
I looked for a very long time at lash serums out on the market. It had been two years since I had to give up spending $150 a tube on a serum that worked wonders on my lashes, and my lashes were definitely showing the lack of nutrients they need to be healthy enough to grow long and strong. I just happened to come across EssyNaturals on Amazon and that little voice in my head said “that’s the one”. I’m so glad I listened. It only took 2 weeks to begin seeing results and it only got better after that. My lashes are healthy, long, strong, and they even curl up. Just a thin line right at the base of your lashes is all you need. With such stunning results I had to share this product so, I bought a tube for my sister. You should have seen the smile on her face. She’d seen what it done for my lashes and was excited to start using for herself. : Just for reference my sister and I are between 58-61 of age. My lashes were light and puny, hers were average. We are both very pleased with EssyNaturals and will be customers for life at this price.

Easy To Use, No Noticeable Results
UPDATE: The customer service department of the product has since reached out to me via email. They have been very understanding and generous regarding my experience with the product. While the product did not work for me, I increased my rating because of the great customer service they offer. I appreciate being treated like a customer and not just another number. So, (for me) 2 stars for the product, but 5 stars for the customer service.I had been using a different eyelash serum but read all the positive reviews for this one. So, I thought I’d give it a try. After several weeks, there was no noticeable change in the length of my lashes, so I ordered my previous product again, and started using this one on my eyebrows, since they are thinning.It’s been a couple of months now and I’ve not noticed any significant new growth on my eyebrows either. I’m suspecting all the positive reviews were based on ‘kick-backs’ from the seller. Very disappointed frankly. My previous product took a long time to work, but it’s still working great, and it’s less expensive.

Serum Formula Has Changed
I have been using this lash serum every night since January 2023. It worked wonders and my lashes grew so long within just 5 weeks. So, I continued to use it every night and my lashes would stay long and luscious. However when I ordered a new tube in late August 2024, my lashes started going back to their original length. I figured it was just a defective tube. But I now believe they just fully changed the formula around this time. I have continued to order and use their lash serum every night in hopes that they could still possibly grow but they still remain the same length. It has to be that they have changed all of the tubes and no longer produce the original serum that I’ve loved since 2023. I’ve ordered countless amount of tubes since first discovering them, so it’s a shame that they had to do this to all of us. Their tubes also didn’t last long at all, about 4 to 5 weeks worth of nightly use in each tube. Which isn’t long all considering each one is $20. That’s about $250 spent on a last serum every year that does not work anymore. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since late August 2024 when I first noticed their tube wasn’t the same, but it’s just disappointed me and failed to properly grow my lashes like it used to. Was a waste of money and time every night. Will be looking for a new brand!

Not as good as in the past
I have used this product for a long time, and it was very effective, and I put it on an automatic delivery. However, lately, it has not worked as well. I don’t know if the formula has changed or just what, but I use it every night and am disappointed in the results. I hope to hear back from the manufacturer about this. Thank you.

UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I’m very glad because I wondered if there had been a change in this product. I’ve had good results with Essynaturals eyelash serum and it is less expensive than competitors. Also, I recently tested it on my eyebrows and it works there too!ORIGINAL REVIEW: When used regularly, I do get results. The last time I bought one, I was still using the prior tube. After I discarded it, I opened the new box. The tube had very little product in it and I could barely scrape anything out. I’d had it for over a month before opening, so I could not return it. I would have given this 4 – 5 stars, but downgraded due to near-empty condition when I opened it.
