    The first use was a little thicker than I imagined. But if you are looking for dramatic it’s your cup of tea.

    Bought this eyeliner for my daughter. It is liquid. It is waterproof. So it stays on all day. She loves it. We couldn’t buy it in the store as they were out at the Estée Lauder counter. The only place you can buy is online like Amazon.
