Good use
It’s a really nice tint. It came in a cute packaging too. I’ve read the reviews and it seems like some girlies don’t know how to use tint and think its like lipstick so they have given it a lower review. It isn’t supposed to be a shocking in your face colour. It’s supposed to be thin and literally tint your lips. I like it as it does it’s job but I find because I lick my lips a lot it does fade quicker. But I still get a good amount of hours from it. It smells great but it van taste a bit icky. I don’t mind the chemical taste however I’d say that’s it’s downside.

Lovely Tint!
This looks sooo good and leaves a nice color which stays on for ~3hours with no eating.This has become a STAPLE in my everyday makeup routine!!!

Lasts Petty Long
I have a habit of putting this on and forgetting to wipe it off so this isn’t really a review of this as a stain.. even so, when I DO remember to take it off the color lasts a few hours. It does wear off if I eat, but it’s survived many a cup of coffee.You get a good amount of product in the bottle – worth the price. It doesn’t burn or plump my lips, which I don’t want anyway. Tastes like some sort of fruit, and looks like you drank a lot of Kool-aid – a nice reddish tint.

Holds up nicely!
Far less drying and longer-lasting than most other lip stains I’ve used. I’ve tried the sweet potato, kumquat, and fig shades so far, and been very pleased with each. There’s definitely some slight wear in the center when eating/drinking, but the durability is better than just about any other stain I’ve used. And SO MUCH less drying – always need to be diligent with the balm with stains, but my lips still feel soft for hours after application. Pleasant subtle fruity fragrance and taste, no awful florals on your lips. Overall, these are the most comparable I’ve ever found to my all-time fave (but sadly discontinued) Peri Pera water tints from years ago. I only wish there were a few warmer darker tones akin to the Dracula red, but this line has a nice variety of bright reds.

Natural look, nice color
Love it! I ordered sweet potato red and wasn’t expecting much, just because the last several inexpensive lip tints I’ve bought were disappointing. This will be my go-to now. I just wanted something that didn’t look like lipstick and made my lips look less washed out, and this did the trick. It goes on like a gloss and is slightly like, gummy? at first (but not unpleasant) and leaves a nice, even color. I just put chapstick over it, and it didn’t smudge beneath my lip like a lot of other tints and didn’t get on my teeth even though I was lazy and didn’t do the finger thing lol. It also didnt get my chapstick all full of color. After like 6-7 hours I have a little color left even after drinking a couple energy drinks, reapplying chapstick, and smoking all evening.

Impressive Formula, Just Not My Shade
The ETUDE Dear Darling Water Gel Tint in #PK003 Sweet Potato Red really delivers when it comes to performance. It’s incredibly pigmented—a little goes a long way—and once it sets, it stays put for hours without drying out my lips. I love how lightweight and buildable the formula is, and it leaves a beautiful stain even after eating or drinking.That said, the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the shade itself. I was expecting more of a reddish-pink tone based on the name, but it leans quite purple on my lips, which isn’t the most flattering for my skin tone. However, that’s just a personal preference—the quality of the product is top-tier. If you’re into berry-toned tints, you’ll probably love this one!

Ugh the smell was so bad, my lips were tingling and not in a good way. This actually made me feel sick so I stopped using it after the first time. Tastes like chemicals. Was not a fan of this product

Best Lip Stain
Bought this for myself and everyone loved it so much, I ended up ordering about 10 more for my sisters, daughters, mom, and other family members. Lightweight lip stain to give lips color without being sticky.

Nice, but not long-lasting
I ordered both Sweet Potato Red (a warm purple) and Fig Red (orange-red). I like both colors. It’s a little longer lasting than a traditional lipstick, but it really didn’t have the longevity that I want in a stain. It goes on thick and you need to wait a few minutes for it to dry down. Both colors I ordered have a very (very) strong scent reminiscent of grape soda. I don’t mind it, but I think many would. It’s a decent product, but not the long-lasting product of your dreams, and definitely requires numerous re-applications through the day. Before and after photos attached, the first taken just after application, and the second one hour (and a meal) later.

Color seemed to be accurate to pictures. The smell was a nice fruity smell and the texture was smooth and nice to put on. But this did not live up to my expectations. I applied and then within 1 hour, it was gone from my lips and that was with no eating or drinking. Images show my natural lip color, immediately after applying and then 1 hour after applying. It would work as a good lip liner but for me definitely not as a long lasting lip stain. For that I would not recommend and I will continue my hunt for a good long lasting again.
