I’ve tried a few different freckle makeup products, and these are definitely one of the best I’ve tried. The set comes with multiple shades, so you can test out which ones look best for the look you’re going for and provide a good range of options for different skin tones! I like to use two of the pens to add dimension to my freckle look. There is a bit of a learning curve with these freckle pens, so go slowly when you apply them to get a more natural look. I also recommend lightly tapping with the freckle pen then lightly dabbing the ‘ink’ on your face to give it a more natural and soft look. They can take a bit of time to get looking natural and cute, but once you get the hang of it its much easier to apply these to daily looks! They’re INCREDIBLY cute for the summer and adding that extra bit of “sunkissed” look to your makeup! They stay on really well all day, I haven’t had any issues at all with them coming off before the day is over. I actually have to scrub pretty well when I take off my makeup at night because they stay in place all day! For the cost, this is the best product I’ve found by far. I like to do henna freckles too, but don’t do them often because they’re a bit more costly and I don’t like the smell of henna, these are perfect for me when I don’t have time for henna or don’t want to deal with the cost. With some practice, you can get just as cute and natural of a freckle look with these. I recommend these for anyone who loves adding freckles to their makeup look!

Not only are these freckle pens a great value, as you get 4 shades.. the wearability is fantastic! Literally did not smear, dissolve, or melt off my face from long wear etc. comparable to cosmetic tattoos only they are washable when you want to remove. The shades go from light to dark . The pen is similar to a fine felt marker .I love how easy this product is to apply and no color bleeding whatsoever. There is a match for every skin tone and depth of color. Works amazingly well and effortlessly. Truly the best I have tried. All in all great product!

I like these pens for the most part. However, after using these i quickly learned that i prefer the more creamy fake freckles over these. These work well and can be blended fairly easy but dont look as natural to me. However, these are MUCH easier to use than the creamy freckles because there is no learning curve with how to blend these. Once applied they can be tapped with a finger to blend them out better but you want to do it fairly quickly because these do dry very fast. Another thing i like about these pens over the creamier ones is they last a lot longer. Theyre more of a watery liquid so they seep into the skin and dont smudge nearly as much.This particular kit gives you four different colors to choose from and they range from cooler to warmer and darker to lighter so if you’re just starting out with fake freckles this would be a good kit to have to find which color works best.

Its also a great pairing to the freckle cluster pens if you want to add in a few extra. My preferred style is the clusters because they take less time to apply and it makes more uniform freckles; this set is single application so it takes longer.These freckle pens are smudgeproof and water resistent. I applied each to my hand to test out removal process. first with water by running my hand under the tap and rubbing. no movement. no fading. the second step was micellar water. i applied it to my face sponge and wiped repeatedly. there was minor color fading. finally cleansing balm. the holy grail of makeup remover. it didnt immediately melt them away, I did have to do more circular motions than whats usually necessary so im very impressed by that.
