They mean it when they say this one is full coverage.
This is very much a full coverage foundation/concealer. So often I will a new makeup that says full coverage and it’s just not. But this lives up to the name. So much so that in areas where you might not want it to be as thick, I’d recommend using a makeup sponge. When applied with a brush it’s opaque enough to cover just about any kind of discoloration. I’m impressed!

Makeup Takes Away Circles Under the Eyes
I can’t believe how well this PHOERA liquid foundation covers the circles under my eyes. It makes me look younger than I am. The liquid is very lightweight and not greasy at all. I am also happy that my sensitive skin is not having an allergic reaction. Maybe because it’s Paraben-Free. If you have eczema like me, you’ll know what I am talking about. I don’t use the brush that is enclosed, I use a makeup sponge. It comes in a one ounce plastic pump bottle (So glad it’s not glass). I only use three tiny pea-sized amount, and it is enough to cover the whole face. It has SPF 20+ UVB protection. My Revlon makeup doesn’t have this.Speaking of Revlon, the color I chose is #104 Buff Beige. It is slightly lighter than Revlon #240 Medium Beige. The only negative I can think of is that the pump needs a plastic cover for travel. The front of the box says it’s “3rd Generation “, so maybe they made improvements on the previous generations? The price is way less than my Revlon for same amount. I am going to switch to this brand.

Full coverage
This foundation is definitely full coverage. It went on and felt a little too heavy for my taste but I will use it as a concealer in areas that need it. For a formal occasion I might wear it all over but will use a dampened makeup sponge to thin it out a bit. There is no unappealing scent to the product and it did not cause any irritation on my skin. The included application brush was a nice addition, it works well.

shade is light
This shade is a little lighter than I prefer but it’s still a good product. It feels lightweight on my skin.

Good coverage to make skin tone even
This liquid foundation offers a solid coating to make my skin tone look even. I am fair and redness really shows on my face. I can apply a coat, or two, of this foundation to cover it up well. My skin tends to be dry too, so I apply moisturizer before this foundation. Otherwise, when I blend it, it enhances any dry flakes of my skin that I didn’t get off when I exfoliated. The little pump bottle it easy to use and squirts out the right amount. It comes with a brush, but I use my clean fingers to apply most of it and then touch up with a sponge. I haven’t had any negative reaction from using this product. It’s heavier than I like for everyday use, but good for coverage when I am wearing more makeup to an event.

Great coverage, blends well, cruelty & paraben free.
I haven’t worn foundation in quite some time. I found a Korean brand of BB cream that I really like & have stuck with that because it’s a lightweight product that you can’t feel. This PHOERA Foundation Concealer may have won me over. I’m a pale blue Irish gal who stays out of the sun & the 104 Buff Beige is a good match. I’m surprised by the coverage, a little goes a long way. Go for a half-pump first time around. This feels very moist going on & blends well. You’re in control of the coverage as this stays dewey long enough to work with but settles with a nice matte finish. Covering my few “sun spots” was easy. I blended this onto my face & then went back & used a pinhead size amount for complete coverage of my dark areas, it worked beautifully.I do appreciate that this has SPF coverage and is cruelty free, no parabens & synthetic fragrance free. This also comes with a nice blending brush. I’m attaching pics of the outer box because it has lots of great info including that this lot was manufactured 12/2022 and is good until 12/2025.IMO, this is a fantastic full coverage Foundation, I like everything about it & the price is very affordable. I pay much more for my current BB cream & this is comparable in every way.
Just being HONEST –
Covers redness. Doesn’t come with a lid.
Before applying I prepped my skin, I use micellar water to remove any left over makeup, dirt, oil. I then wash with a cleanser and apply a moisturizer with spf. After my skin has had time to soak all of that on and dry down (about 1 hour) I apply a primer.Initially I just used my finger to tap the foundation into my skin, then I went in with my damp beauty blender to buff and smooth it out. It is definitely buildable and you could get that full coverage look if you wanted! In my photos, I only applied a very little amount probably half a pump. It did a good job of covering my redness and any imperfections. It had a nice dewy finish and did not cake up. The larger photo is after I had been wearing it for several hours, no powder, no setting spray and it actually held up pretty well. It really only started coming off around my chin and I did start getting a little oily on my forehead. It comes in nice packaging, however, the actual bottle does not come with a lid. It’s a twist top so if it is “locked” it’s not going to squirt out, but I think it would be more sanitary if it had a lid on it to protect the pump from getting any contamination on the tip where the foundation comes out of and then gets on your skin.I got shade 104 BUFF BEIGE and it was the most perfect match for me!! I have an olive skin tone with red undertones. It’s hard to find a perfect match, but this one was IT for me! After applying I really couldn’t tell I was wearing foundation, it feels like I’m just wearing a moisturizer, it’s very lightweight.

Lightweight
I m so impressed with this foundation! I got it in buff beige which is a great match for my nc30-35 skin tone (maybe a tad lighter)It comes out more on the liquid than cream side and blends is nicely. For reference I have some large pores and slightly textured skin from old acne scars. The first picture is close up w/o using any primer underneath. I felt that it gave good coverage but still felt lightweight and my skin could breath. It set well with powder and lasted a good 5-6 hours before I had some breakthrough areas in my t zone.
