    Need to put on your regular mascara first and this one on top. Seems heavy on my eyelashes but so sparkly!

    I really wanted to love this! It’s glitter but the applicator doesn’t do its job. I get clumps of glitter if any. Thinking of buying a mascara brush specifically for this to see if that helps.
