Fun, Easy-to-Use Glitter Sticks
I recently purchased a set of glitter squeeze tubes for skin and hair, and while they work well enough, these glitter sticks are much easier to use.The set includes six different glitter colors in twist-up sticks. They apply much like a lip balm or glue stick. Just remove the cap, twist up a small amount of product, and glide it over your skin. On first use, I did have to rub the tip a few times before the product started dispensing, which I read was due to a thin protective coating.The glitter isn’t as heavily concentrated as it appears in the listing photos, but it’s easy to build up by applying additional layers until you get the look you want. It dries fairly quickly, and I noticed very little glitter fallout, which I really appreciate. Each stick also contains a nice mix of glitter shapes and sizes that adds some visual interest.Removal was easier than I expected. I first used a couple of pieces of tape to lift away most of the glitter, then washed the area with a little body wash on a washcloth. I imagine an oil-based makeup remover would make cleanup even easier.The product is labeled for adults, and I think it’s a fun option for parties, festivals, costumes, and other special occasions. Overall, I found these glitter sticks easy to use, less messy than expected, and a nice alternative to traditional glitter gels.

Fun colors, but have to swipe several times to get a good amount of glitter.
We go through a surprising amount of glitter sticks at my house and have tried many different types. This Glitter Stick Set by Pureasy Store are nice, but they are not as great as some of the others we have used. It’s cool that it comes with 6 Colors (purple, blue, pink, green, silver and gold) that are 0.15 oz each, so you have some options depending on what you are adding glitter for. My daughter typically uses it at her softball games or for school dances, so we use a variety of colors. This is advertised for your face, body and hair, but found that it works best on your face or body. You do not get a lot of glitter with each swipe, which is disappointing, but if you go over it several times you are more likely to get your desired amount. Like many others, this is self adhesive and does stick once it is on. Not to mention, removal is pretty easy too – we used a make-up wipe remover and/or wash it off in the shower.The price for all 6 of these glitter sticks is right around $13, which seems to be the average rate. I like that they are in a container like a chapstick and by twisting the bottom you can push them up or take them back down. The sparkles that make up the glitter are very pretty because they have a few different shapes (star, hexagon, irregular glitter). Although I will continue using these, I do not think I would be too quick to purchase them again. There are many others on the market that put on so much more glitter with just one glide of the stick.

Results don’t match the product images, but they do work a bit
These glitter sticks are kind of good, but not nearly as glittery as the main product images led me to believe. They look and feel like lip balm sticks, and apply the same way. They even feel like lip balm on my skin- though I don’t have any interest in trying them on my lips.At first, I was verrrry concerned about the quality because they initially barely drop any product at all. It had looked like just shiny lip balm with a couple pieces of mica. However, upon reading the instructions, I realized there is a bit of extra protective wax at the beginning of each tube, so after rubbing a few times back and forth, it eventually did start putting more of the larger shiny glitter pieces. Even so, they didn’t reach the size nor density depicted in the promo images. It does remain sticking to my body pretty well throughout the night. The majority washed off during a shower, though a few small pieces still stuck after and I had to scrub more aggressively.For the $13 price, I actually think it’s a reasonable value at just over $2 per tube, but I do have a major issue with the difference I experienced between the advertised images and the actual glitter sticks. Weirdly enough, I think I actually would order this again knowing what I now know – but I also cannot give it more than 3 stars because of how inaccurate I feel the images are which they created to advertise this. I would only recommend this product to friends after first telling them to expect maybe 1/3 of what they see in the ad image, and certainly no solid fills.

Nice Glitter Sticks
These glitter sticks work well. It’s a bit like chapstick: you just open the tube and rub it onto your skin where you want the glitter. It leaves glitter for sparkle and a bit of the color you selected on the skin. It will also leave a sticky residue (again, like chapstick) but it’s not bad. Just something to be aware of. I like that you can use it so easily without getting the product on your hands, so it’s easy to apply and you can bring it with you so it’s versatile. The texture is smooth (like chapstick) and just glides onto your skin. And you get enough product and different colors that I can’t imagine ever running out so it’s a good value for the money. Overall, it’s a nice product as long as you don’t mind the sticky residue that comes with it. The only thing I question about the description is using this in your hair. It’s pretty sticky, so unless you were going for a very gel look, I don’t see how this would work in your hair. But for your skin, it’s great.
