Beautiful palette for a GREAT price!!
I bought this palette specifically to use for Halloween. It was packaged very securely by the manufacturer and nothing was broken despite Amazon shipping it in a BAG (insert eye roll here)!! I decided to test it out with a simple smoky eye with a pop of shimmer (to see how well the colors laid down and blended, any fallout, etc.). And honestly I was VERY impressed! The mid tone matte created a fair amount of kick up (it is a very soft and softly pressed color) but I tapped off my brush and the color applied very well and was buildable. The darker matte was pressed more firmly and didn’t kick up as much but applied very well with almost no fallout (I always tap my brush before applying though). The shimmers look very glittery in the pan but are super smooth shimmers with microfine shimmer/glitter (think specks not chunks) and there was only a tiny bit of fallout throughout the day onto my cheeks but way less than most of my more expensive palettes! If applied directly onto a primer, cream shadow/base or glitter glue, I’d be surprised if there was any fallout. The colors stayed vibrant and in place for over 8 hours with no creasing. I do have dry skin and eyelids and I did use a cheap shadow primer. All in all this is a solid 8/10! My only *very minor* complaints are that I would have liked to see one more mid tone matte in a slightly different shade (although I did sheer out the darker gray and that worked when blended with the “white”) and the matte white is VERY sheer. Even directly over a primer, I could not build this to any kind of “white” shade. However, it is good for blending out the edges, darker shades and a very subtle brow bone highlight. I ended up creating several different looks using this palette and I’m almost sad to have to use it for Halloween makeup on the family tonight! If we actually end up using it up, I will absolutely repurchase!!

Glittery Eyeshadow
I wish this eyeshadow was more pigmented and easier to blend, but it still ended up being so pretty. I really enjoyed the amount of glitter it had in it.
