My daughter is in honors drama and they recently did a class on using makeup to demonstrate bruising. So when we saw this we had to get it so she could try the next step. She actually really enjoyed this. It’s really easy to use and it actually comes with a couple sheets of fake tattoos to kind of enhance what you’re doing. This will work great for Halloween. She was able to play with it a couple times that day and still has quite a bit left over. It is easy to remove. We used baby wipes with a little bit of soap and water and everything washed right off. The tattoos are great as a base. What she did was put a tattoo down and then she used the paint all around it to really kind of enhance the look. All in all it’s pretty easy to use and a decent amount for the price. With Halloween coming if you’re looking to go the more macabre route this is kind of fun to use.

The blood spray is awesome. The tattoos are tiny. The bite mark tattoos is smaller than a baby’s mouth. It’s more like a nibble than bite! However, the blood is greet.

I got this Halloween makeup kit mainly for my kids to use for some early costume fun, and they absolutely loved it. Really great tattoos and fake blood product.
Edit: Easy removal of tattoo trick – Use babyoil on a a round cotton pad and it comes off within 5 minutes as you lightly scrub. Just so you don’t have this tattoo on for days after Halloween. Thought I’d help with anyone who had issues by Nov 1 and trying to remove the gory tattoos.——-The tattoo’s alone are amazing. No need for the fake blood to be honest.The fake blood comes from a spray bottle and goes on well. This is different where some products use a paste, a squeeze bottle or drops to apply the blood.The fake blood does stain the skin when it sits – something to be aware of as it does not wash off easily. This is consistent with other fake blood products I’ve used over the years – you need a good bath and scrub to really try to get it off. It can soak into the pores of the skin and give little red dot stains. I’d be careful putting this product on your face as it would leave a noticeable stain after washing. It does come off eventually but takes a while. You’ll have a rose hue the first wash, then it fades with each subsequent wash.The expiry date on the box states June 20, 2028. (has a 3 year life from date of manufacturing)There is a list of ingredients with the red colour coming from carmine, a product of the cochineal insects. The first ingredient is maltose, a type of sugar.Overall, it is pretty good product. Realistic with the tattoos.The temporary tattoos – I think a lot of money could be made with just the tattoos alone – as they apply on very easily and just fun. The kids won’t have to deal with make up etc….and it makes the entire process easier on Halloween and when they go to school on Halloween day.There were no instructions with how the tattoos are applied – this should have been included in the back of the tattoo paper. Just what tattoo you want, peel the plastic cover, put that side on the skin, dab with water till soaking, let sit for 5 minutes, peel the paper off and voila – Tattoo!! Comes off after a few washes on its own and with an alcohol scrub if you really want it off the same night.This is a very good quality product overall. I’m impressed because it definitely beats the local store.
