Works great, perfect color!
I was looking for a healthy alternative to my usual face powder, and found this brand through EWG’s Skin Deep beauty site. They rate it a 2, which puts it on the “low hazard” part of the scale. I was previously using bareMinerals READY pressed powder foundation in “Fair” as I have a very light complexion. I am blonde with blue eyes, some minor freckles, and neutral undertones, leaning more yellow if anything but not at all pink. This color matches my skin perfectly! I can’t tell the difference between the color of the HoneyBee Gardens powder vs. the bareMinerals powder when it’s on my face. It goes on evenly, provides great coverage, and lasts throughout the day. I don’t find it at all cakey.One caveat: I apply this with a brush I already owned (which is how I applied the bareMinerals powder as well), not a powder puff, and I wear it over an everyday SPF moisturizer. I subtracted one star for the fact that it does not come in a compact, which I knew before ordering, but I added an extra star for how cheap this is… less than 1/3 of the price of the bareMinerals foundation – 5 STARS! FYI I just use it out of the recloseable clamshell it came in anyway. Works like a charm!I would recommend this powder to any other pale skinned lady looking to look good while treating her skin right. Bravo to HoneyBee Gardens!

I’ve tryed many makeups & this one not only looks good but feels good. I have very sensitive skin & have to be careful what I use. I was using Bare Minerals but it seems to get more expensive & I try & keep a buget especially for my beauty products. Was looking around & read the reviews on this 1 seemed like a good product. I only use all natural makeup products as I said I have very sensitive skin. Ordered it & it came as it should. I tryed it the next day very flawless product. If your like me with some days you need to put a little makeup on in a hurry but don’t have all the time but still want good coverage. This is it! I use a moisturizer first then a few dots of concealer on the few problem spots I may have. I then use this, then some mascara, lite highlighter on my eyes & then a lip gloss. I like you don’t look to made up but still look good very natural. I use a water based airbrush makeup for when I’m going for that all out go on a date look. This I actually wear more lately cause I don’t feel I’m even wearing makeup. Awesome product will definitely be buying again when I run out. Oh & I like that it’s eco friendly you can buy a case to put it in or just use the plastic container in comes in. A very good idea. I still just use the 1 it comes in as I don’t take my makeup with me. I noticed even when I sweat it stays in place. Love it absolutely a great 2 in 1 product. Highly recommend it.

Surely no one is this pale. Went on really heavy and I looked like a ghost. Tried to wash it is straight away and it was caked on. Took ages to remove even with makeup remover. Also assumed it would come with the brush add in picture but it didn’t.

I love how small this item is packaged. I wish the plastic refill clasped a little tighter because I don’t want it to open but I also refuse to buy the refill container. I want to lighten my purse not make it heavier so I just carry the foundation around in its original packaging. I’ve been really loving this product.(Pros)1.) it is light and airy… feels almost like nothing on my skin. I hate foundation feeling. Living in the south and it’s starting to get hot… I already am sticky I don’t want more sticky.2.) it covers my redness though I’m not super red. So make note of that.3.) it doesn’t smell bad.4.) reapplying due to weather is easy and it blends very well.Cons:4.) it’s chalky so mist yourself with rose water after applying which is what I do. Do not apply over wet face moisturizer or spf. It will layer up badly. So make certain each layer is dry.5.) it’s not sweat proof but really not many are in the south. Once you start to sweat it’s all over for most of our makeup.6.) not a ton of product but it’s cheap so that’s not so bad.All and I frankly this product impressed me! Though as it gets hotter makeup/foundation will become optional but as the weather cools this will be my go to!

I have always had trouble finding a fairly sheer match for my super-pale complextion, even with the major brands having 50 shades. Still never a good match for me in a light weight foundation without spending crazy money. Turns out Geisha is just about perfect for me. Light coverage, no weird scent. I apply it with a big kabuki type brush, ironically enough. Doesn’t bake as well as a heavier mineral makeup does but it’s a fair trade off for a light product with a good price point. I also have to be mindful of ingredients as I’m sensitive to a few common makeup ingredients and there’s nothing in Honeybee that worries me. I’ll be looking into their other products, too.

Unbelievable coverage, yet sheerness, lightness l
Looks like I’ve added lights to my face like a Monet painting lol! As an older woman, this takes years off of me! It’s just as heavy and light as I wanted it to be, with a slightly earthy peachy tone which is perfect for taking out yellow purple and red tones from my aging face. Brushed under my eyes and across cheeks and cheekbones, makes me look like a different person. And it’s a generous wide size for a large or small brush to sweep across well.

I am very fair skinned with red hair. I find that even the palest shade in this product line is too dark for my skin tone. For those asking in another review “who is even this pale?” I am. And this isn’t even light enough.
