It’s too runny to apply with any precision, it smears before it can dry, and it dyes smeared areas hot pink or fuchsia. It just might be the stuff they used to give the Master in Buffy the Vampire Slayer that distinctive pink ring around his mouth.

The headline says it all really. Put some kind of protectant like Vaseline or chapstick on first. It won’t stay as long but you won’t be peeling your lips off either.
