    Great stuff!

    I have never been able to wear any kind of eyeliner, be it pencil or powder, that doesn’t run and smear under my eyes. This is quick to brush on over the liner and “it will not run or smear” another company used to make this and they charged $35 for it. At this price it is worth it even more. I hope they mover stop making it.

    Just not for me

    I tried this exactly as directed and it stuck to my eyelashes and was not very effective under my eyes, applied on top of my eyeliner.

    This is the third time buying this sealer, the best I’ve ever found, definitely keeps eyeliner in place. My only complaint is after a while the tube gets tacky n thick but I’ll keep buying, it’s that good!
