    Look no more! Great waterproof eye shadow primer!

    I am in my 50s and what doesn’t change when you’re in your 50s? At some point almost everything I used as part of my daily make-up became the wrong color or stopped working as my skin changed in tone and texture. I also find in many salons young ladies have no idea what works on the more mature face. I recently had my make up done and every mistake that a young woman makes on a mature face was made.I don’t want eye product that crease. Even as a young woman I had a lot of texture around my eye and I learned very early to use very fine powder and try products that would not catch in the texture around or on my eyelids. I have a full lid so working with matte colors and contouring is a must. To make it all last a good eye primer is a necessity. I’ve tried three products from other manufacturers and here I am humble and back looking at a jolie product. Where other primers failed to cover veins that would show through my lids, or crease, this Eye primer it really shows to win. I like the texture and finish when I apply it with a synthetic brush. Very small amount goes a very long way and the application must be focused because once the product dries it’s going to work for you all day. The coverage is incredible. It does not crease or collect on skin texture or provide an unattractive building point that shadows fall into. It has a pigmented base which I find and enhances shadow colors rather than detract from it which some shadow primers will do, they will in de-intensify your shadows or make them look lifeless. I had great results very easily that lasted all day. I’m very pleased with his eye primer, more pleased than I have been with any eye primer I’ve used in the last several years.This particular brand of product has been a standby for me and I have always been able to find something in this line that works no matter what’s happening with my skin dry, t- zone oil, or being in need of gentle exfoliating for both face care and make-up.

    Great product; poor packaging

    Really good product for the aging eye. Isn’t drying yet a great primer for eyeshadow. Will purchase again. Gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the teeny tiny jar it comes in. Can barely get my pinky fingertip in the jar. Using a brush uses too much product. Consider repackaging to a flat pancake type container.

    Good for eczema sufferers

    My eyeshadow application was so smooth and lovely. It stays in place and my eczema was not triggered from the shadows. I gives me a protection barrier from the non hypoallergenic colors I use. I try to avoid using that in the corners of my eyes. Great product and I may buy one for my gf who suffered from a breakout from her makeup.

    This is one of my favorite primers out there for lips and eyes. If you tend have naturally red lips or just darker lips then some of lipsticks are going to look differently on your lips then the true intention of the color. When I use this primer, the colors I use on my lips are so much more vibrant and just more pretty. I’ll get asked what kind of lipstick am I wearing five people because they say it’s such a pretty shade. When I recommend this product, they also love what it does to the colors.Also friend of mine with super fair skin has always had a problem with pretty much all lipsticks saying they just looked so dark on her and they doing the pictures. She loves this stuff and said she feels so much more confident in her skin and she looks great.Yeah, I can be a little dry, but I just put something moisturizing under or over the primer it up. It also does some filling effect.Also I do see a lot of people complaining about the cost. I’m here for my second purchase after about a year of using this. Actually, I I had about half left of it too, but unfortunately, I lost it so. So yes, it’s worth the money. And people leaving one star reviews after they just got the package in the mail isn’t really fair.

    Great product, but a little pricey

    So far so good. I like the product, but I don’t like the size of it for as much as it cost. It won’t last long that’s for sure.

    MAC is cheaper…read whole review

    This gets 3 stars only bc the product is def good. Covers my veins and provides a great base for eyeshadow and I’ve learned that both eye and face primers are a must! However price for amount of product is ridiculous and very overpriced. I have used MAC painterly paint pot for years and it lasts forever bc I don’t use makeup every day. For some reason thought I may search for another. Jokes on ME! On MAC site, theirs is $28 and this was $23.99. While this one is def good, I like MAC just a bit more as far as quality of product. But both products r still lovely. Ok now look at size difference. As u can see, for a $4 difference, u r getting much more product w MAC. Look at picture. The larger one is the MAC. So much less $ per ounce. Crazy. I’ll stick w better product for much cheaper. I use a brush but if someone wanted to use finger w this, good luck. Only a baby’s finger could use this. I’ll buy MAC but will stash this for travel just to downsize the glass pot but will never buy again bc of overpriced item.
