How does it work? I don’t know, but it does. The color match is 100% spot on. It applies white but keep rubbing and it will match your tone! It applies smoothly and takes very little to cover a large area. Definitely beginner friendly (I am one). I highly recommend this awesome product!

I didn’t notice too much of a difference after applying. Goes on with ease of use. It does transition when you rub it in, hydrating and dewy. In my opinion it’s better than smooche and less expensive

Better than Smooche
I think it’s personally better than the name brand Smooche. It’s smoother, covers more evenly and hydrates better and for longer. It also builds more evenly. Don’t always buy the brand. This stuff is rad! Matches your face perfectly!
