Best lip pencil I have ever used!
No matter what lip color or brand of lipstick you wear, the lips need an outline to bring out your smile. I found this pencil several years ago and use it every day, regardless of the lip color that day. It just gives a “finished look” to the lipline and I won’t be without it.
