My wife was happy when she saw the box but when she opened the box it wasn’t the correct color palette & it was USED!It was clear someone had returned it previously and swapped it with their old makeup kit.Still waiting on my refund for over a month.

Product arrived fast and in nothing more than a bubble mailer. This was a gift for my daughter so I removed from the packaging but did not open the plastic it was wrapped in. When she opened the product and removed the wrapping, opened the pallet to see there was no film inside protecting the eyeshadow and one of the colors had a clearly visible fingerprint where someone had touched it. That is not what I was expecting after paying $90 for an item that claimed to be new.

Packing was awful, palette got broken 🙁
To start, the palette is soo beautiful and worth the money! I received it as a late Christmas gift but today I woke up to it arriving poorly packaged in just a bubble envelope, and I just knew already that the product inside would be destroyed. I’m so heartbroken, we processed a refund for the item but hopefully they package it better this time because I really do love it😭 the pigment is excellent quality just of course delicate and needs extra care when handlingEDIT: I did end up receiving a new one that they sent and they did update the packaging to be more secure and reliable!! Big thank you to this seller, I love the new palette!

This is a Wonderfully Versatile Palette from Mario!
I spend a lot of time on my makeup every day and I have been looking for an eyeshadow palette that is essentially fool proof. This palette might be it for neutral shades to peachy. Ethereal shades are beautifully balanced in this curated collection and I don’t care if they’re telling me to move from powders to creams just cause I’ve hit 70. I think these look just fine!
