What you’d expect for the price per item
For the price, especially considering it works out to less than a dollar per item, I would not expect great quality makeup. The way I look at it, if I find even 3 or 4 items that work for me, it might be worth it. Personally, I liked the lipsticks although the three colors aren’t all that different, the eyebrow powder, and I could always use new brushes and applicators. There are way too many eyeshadows, 4 kits with all very similar palettes. I was curious about the matte lip gloss which seems like an oxymoron to me; it is indeed matte and goes on with a typical lip gloss wand, but it’s not glossy. The green colored lip balm provides a slight pink tint but its taste was off-putting. I was surprised to find “tattoo practice skin” included!At first glance, I would say that a large kit like this would be a great gift for makeup newbies, who can experiment and see what types of products and shades they like without breaking the bank. However, while the items in this kit are identified as to what they are in the listing images above, in reality there are some items that are marked only with the brand name, usually lameila, and often, the only other writing is in Chinese. This lack of labelling can be very frustrating and defeat some of the joy that you expect from such a large assortment of items to play with.If you do decide to gift it, I would recommend leaving it intact, but if you remove things to check them out, then take photos so you know how to repack it so it fits back in the box!

Great Set for Teens
This is a great set for a beginner with makeup, perfect for preteens and teens. This kit brings everything they need to do a full face. Its a great value for the price point because you get everything in one set. The items match the price point, so you are not getting super high quality products its more quantity of products. The box itself was a bit flimsy and the beauty blender too. The color range was not very wide so it wont fit every skintone. The makeup is effective especially for learning to do makeup. Overall its a good value and a good gift.

This really is an all in one set. The set contains everything you need to do your make up. My daughter and I have been using it to try new looks and use makeup techniques that we normally would not do on a day to day basis. The size of the set is amazing along with the quantity. There are plenty of color options and all of the items are full size. Brushes and sponges are included with the set. It is a good set for beginners or for long term make up users.
