AWESOME GREAT QUALITY BEAUTIFUL MATTE COLORS
I had bought a lot of high end eye shadows that I was very unhappy with. This palette the NUDE is just awesome. The colors are very nice and show up really well. When I applied the eye shadow I was very happy with the pigmentation of the colors. They all show up very well and last quite a while. I think every color in this palette I will use. I love all of them. Its a great collection of colors that will look great on anyone. I would l would suggest this to anyone. Like I said I have purchased many high end costly eye shadows and they don’t compare to this. All the colors are a nice smooth matte color. Which is great for us older gals who don’t like shimmery eye shadows. Packaging was great but I have a nice set of brushes I would use to apply this. Not the one that comes with it. Which is not a brush. Just a 2 ended regular cheap eye shadow applier. But the colors are awesome and I will buy this again before they discontinue it like a lot of companies do. Its well worth the money. I won’t buy expensive eye shadow again. Its a waste of money. I would suggest this to anyone who just wants a beautiful array of colors that are a beautiful matte finish.

One of my favorite palettes!!
Love this eye shadow palette! Comes with 12 colors total: 5 are shimmery with a lot of pigment, 2 are shimmery with light pigment which are perfect for highlighting, and 5 are flat colors that can be applied in a thin layer of color or built up for more pigment. These wear really well with a primer. I use Urban Decay shadows a lot and about 3 of these are almost identical to urban decay shades once you apply a couple coats to get more intense color. You can easily create several conservative looks for work and many evening looks using just this palette. Great value!!

My new favorite palette!
I love this palette! I was looking for a few more glamorous shades and this hits all the marks. The shades are so pigmented and striking. They go on smooth and even and blend flawlessly. My favorite shades are the shimmery black on the top right and the shimmery lavender in the middle. They are beautiful together and make my green eyes pop. I love the mix of shades also and that there are flat shades or shimmery shades. The palette itself is also high quality. It closes well and seems that it will hold up to the traveling and multiple uses I will put it through. The wand that comes with it is the typical eye applicator that is kinda junky, but when you use your own eyeshadow brushes it brings the shadows to life. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone that wants a fabulous eye look 🙂

Good pigment and staying power for a low price.
Impressed with the pigments, these go on thick, can be layered, and stay well past the workday with a good primer. Not as blendable as high end shadows, takes a little more work. Love the colors.

Doesnt spread or blend
Doesn’t spread at all. I use my finger to put on my shadow so I can spread it evenly, but this stuff sticks right where it’s put down and doesn’t spread, so I had to keep sticking my finger in it, and by the time I had my lid covered there was too much on It. When I tried to blend it with a Kleenex it all wiped off. One star because it will put color on your lid, but that’s about it.

Just okay yet still a good choice for smokiness
I was really excited for eyeshadow shades that were different than what I already had (warm nudes and a few bright colors). And…I did get something new, but the shades are significantly less vibrant than they appear, whether in a picture or in person. All but the three lightest colors have some degree of gray in them, so be warned if that’s not what you’re looking for. Even the shimmery gold and blue look far smokier on me than I expected. I’ve taken to using a liquid highlighter as a primer for the sake of sheen, and that helps the shades look more vibrant. However, I really would prefer not having to use an additional product, and I’ve never had to with any other Maybelline cosmetic.This pallet also has the stiffest shadows I’ve ever used. I’m not sure if it’s because this is my first time ordering makeup online, but it’s definitely less creamy than other Maybelline shadows I’ve had.That said, it works well enough. It also came completely intact (pictured). I find myself wearing some combination of the shades almost every day, and they add dimension to my existing ones, too. They’re best for creating various smokey eyes, some of which have a tint of color. So the smokey shades are a good thing for the most part, especially when accentuated by the brighter ones!
