feels very light on face!
I do not wear much make-up so was not familiar with “air blur translucent rice powder” thought it sounded light and not so harsh as foundation. It comes beautifully packaged with a small triangular pad that fits inside the box. The pad is light and easy to work with as the pointy end gets where large pads would not. I have been wearing it alone and it does blur my imperfections, large pores, it definitely made the texture of my skin look better. The translucent I feel will work with just about any skin tone unless you are very dark, I am olive and it works well. It has no scent, very light on the skin and a little goes a very long way, this will last a long time. Very nice powder.

Great for younger skin, but highlights fine lines if you’re older or have drier skin
This review is for Milktouch’s “Air Blur Rice Setting Powder”, which I have been trying for a few weeks. Overall I’m impressed. Korean skincare products have a good rep for a reason. I’m someone who does my makeup in a rush in the morning typically, but this setting powder is excellent when I actually take the time to try or for important events where I need to look my best.The texture of this powder is what sets it apart from others. It’s very lightweight and very finely milled, and it applies easily with both a brush and puff. The included triangular powder puff is excellent. The powder does give an ‘air-blurred’ finish without feeling heavy or cakey. I also appreciate that it’s vegan,which is something we should all support in the make-up industry. I typically use this at specific times of the day for only a few hours, mostly evenings for important work events, but I did not notice any breaking down or patching by the time I returned home.That said, I do want to note an important consideration for older or more mature skin. While the powder looks beautiful initially, I noticed that it can settle into the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes, which have started to develop now in my 30s. You have to apply this very lightly to those areas, or just skip them with rhe powder entirely. or apply a super hydrating base in advance. If not, this powder can emphasize those lines and made me look a bit older than I actually am. Something to be aware of.This is still an excellent setting powder that delivers on it’s promised “air blur” look. I think it’s especially well-suited for younger or more hydrated skin. With mindful application and good skin prep, mature skin can work this setting powder too. I’ll definitely keep this in my make-up routine as appropriate.

It works great in controlling my oily face in the intense summer heat the whole day. My only issue is that I need a lot more than what it dispenses at one time, so I end up taking out the plastic filter and plunge the puff into all that free powder. But if there’s no time to mess with the powder, I end up reaching for a spray that’s a lot quicker and less messier.

I like this but it’s not really very fine powder. I’ll use it but probably won’t purchase again. It may be great for younger skin. It doesn’t cake but with older skin, you’ll need to use a makeup brush to brush away loose powder.

My favorite powder of all time!
I absolutely love this powder! It has become one of my Holy Grail’s. It is super lightweight and milled very finely, and it doesn’t look cakey on the skin at all, but still works great setting my makeup and mattifying excessive shine and blurring skin texture. You get a lot of powder in the container so I think it’s a great value as well. I’ve used much more expensive powders that do not perform as well. The powder puff that is included is also a really nice one compared to a lot of the ones that come with setting powders.The powder itself is a light beige color, but applies translucent. I haven’t noticed any camera flashback when wearing this powder. It also doesn’t really break apart throughout the day, and my foundation rarely looks patchy when I use it as a setting powder. I’ve also used it as a blotting powder throughout the day, and it works really well for that too. Overall, it’s one of the best powders I’ve ever used agnostic of price, and I definitely recommend it if you’re also in the market for a high-quality but decently affordable setting powder!

To start, the instructions and ingredient list on the box is so light that it cannot be read. It is super frustrating because I like to know what ingredients are in my skincare products. I had to photograph it and zoom in in order to read. It cannot be read any other way. Fortunately, they are listed on the product page. But keep in mind that it is a pink on pink print and you will not be able to read the packaging, even under bright light. I am posting a photo of the packaging. When you increase the size, you will be able to read it, but try reading it without zooming in.One more complaint about the packaging, there was a protective sticker over the powder dispenser that kept the powder from leaking during shipping. This is a good thing, but it took a long time for me to be able to see and find the sticker to remove it. I was feeling around the top of the dispenser for it, but it was not easily removeable or noticable. All and all, these two complaints are minor, especially since they list the ingredients on their product page. But if I had not come here for a review, I might not have thought to return to the page to look for it.The actual powder itself is quite nice and I am very happy with it. It is translucent with zero white cast. The blurring effet is good, it looks quite natural and does a good job at blurring an area of hyperpigmentation I have. The nexture is nice, soft, and noticeable. It feels silky on the skin. It’s talc free, which I like quite a bit and I think it does a better job at creating a flawless finish. The first two ingredients are silica and mica, which is what I am looking for in a blurring powder. It also produced no creasing underneath my eyes. I like the application sponge because it has a nice pointed tip to make it wasier to apply beneath the eyes as well. I would say this purchase it s win for me and I will happily continue using it.

10/10 translucent powder and a fantastic value
Awesome and super finely-milled loose powder — keeps my makeup in place all day without fading, creasing, or greasiness and blurs my pores and texture. I was worried that it would be too dark (I’ve had this issue with skin tone powders before, even ones that claim to be very fair or translucent) or look orange on me but it’s thankfully a truly translucent powder that instead keeps my makeup bright and flawless. Since it doesn’t leave behind any sort of color I think it could work for any skin tone (but take that with a grain of salt since I am very fair, I will have to have some of my friends try it out when we all do our makeup together). I have some pretty bad lines under my eyes and this powder helps minimize the amount of creasing I get and blurs and brightens my eye bags. It also has a LOT of powder in the container and I like how you can pop off the part where the powder comes out if you want to dip the powder puff fully into the powder if you like to bake. Speaking of the powder puff, the one it comes with is AWESOME. It’s nice and firm and is covered in a really high quality velour sort of material that gives you a really even and nice application. I also love that the component is designed to fit the powder puff inside (an excellent feature for those of us who have cats who like to steal our powder puffs, lol!). This powder is a fantastic value because it performs like a high end powder, you get a LOT of product, and it comes with a super high quality powder puff (if anyone from Milktouch happens to read this review, PLEASE start selling just the powder puff by itself, I’d love to buy more so I have backups and can use one of these nice puffs with my powder blush and other products!). Highly recommend!

Light, blurring and not drying
I loooove this face powder! So. I haven’t been powdering my face much for a while. I’ve got dry skin and I like the finish of my makeup to be a bit dewy. But it’s super duper hot where I live and my face has been looking way too glowy. Enter this finely milled powder. A little bit goes a long way. A small amount takes off the shine, sets the makeup, and blurs everything. And at my age, I like the blurring part a lo! I applied around my eyes with the very thick and plush triangular puff, included with the powder. I used a fluffy blush to apply powder to the rest of my face. Post powder, my skin was not dewy, but was also not dry and flakey. The powder kept my face shine free for at least 4 hours. Around that time, I noticed a bit of dewiness on my forehead and nose. Overall, it kept my makeup fresh til the end of the day. The powder has no scent and it’s very light. The container is large compared to the usual Korean powder size. My only complaint is that the dispensing holes are large and a huge amount of powder can be tipped out. Not sure how I’ll travel with this. The box is sealed and well as the dispensing holes. Overall, it’s a great powder and I’ll buy it again when I run out.
