When my daughter was younger, 20 plus years ago, I had a similar product that I really liked. This is great for doing the part on the head or the upper forehead in the hairline and those sorts of places because it’s dry and doesn’t get the hair oily and sticky. It’s very easy to use. The brush and the powder are all enclosed into the same container. So you take the lid off. You push the brush up and pounce the product where you want it. Easy to contain, easy to use. Easy to take places. I know with a product we had before, they told us to be careful not to inhale it because it’s nanoparticles or something. But I’m using it on my part and forehead so I think I’ll be safe. It’s a nice neutral beige cream skin color if you’re light-skinned. I don’t know how it would be on someone who has darker skin. It might be translucent enough that it’s not a problem. The product they had in the past did a good job of protecting the skin, so I expect this one will too. I believe it’s an SPF 35? I like that it’s a mineral sunblock and not a chemical one.

This mineral sunscreen powder gives a light, even layer on the skin, and the test I did on my hand showed a nice, smooth finish. It’s a different way to protect the skin, and it works well on dry areas.I’m a mature woman, and when I tested it on my hand, my skin wasn’t moisturized, so the coverage was easy to see without any other products underneath. What makes me curious is how it will apply to my face, since I always use a fast-absorbing moisturizer first, and the skin still stays slightly dewy. I’m not sure if the powder will apply evenly over that, but on dry skin it works.One thing I noticed is that when I opened it, the powder spilled everywhere because it collected in the small opening inside the lid. A stopper in that area would have helped. Aside from that, I’m excited to try it on my face for both protection and coverage.
