Massive applicator but good product
4 stars because of the applicator brush. It’s massive. The product itself is nice; it applies smoothly, no clumps & gives your lashes some volume. My eyes are sensitive & the product didn’t bother them.I would purchase again IF the applicator was of reasonable size.

I am pretty pleased with this mascara. It takes a couple coats to achieve the look I want but that is ok because if you want a light makeup day then you only apply one coat. So far no smudging or flaking.

A lot to like about it.
I liked the mascara itself, but the brush is too big in my opinion.I should preface this by saying that I’ve been using Lancome Definicils in black for years and years, so basically every mascara I try is compared to it, not just for the product itself, but the brush type and shape.I’ve used this mascara for over two months now and my opinion of it is:The color is great – a true deep black, and The product itself goes on nicely and didn’t clump, which would be the end of my reviewing if it did, but it never clumped even after two months.It lengthened my lashes also, not dramatically, but after two or three coats I felt it did a good job. I’m not sure if I noticed the 4Dsilk fibers making a difference, but I liked how it looked on and it lasted all day without flaking at all.I wore it in the pool almost everyday and it stayed put! Even when drying my face off after swimming or having my face submerged. And it removed really easily with micellar water or makeup remover pads. I worried that there would be residual mascara even after removing (like a lot of waterproof mascaras do) but this removed completely.I don’t have sensitive eyes and I’ve only had issues with a handful of brand’s mascaras, but I had no issue with this, even having slept with it on a couple of times.For the price, $8.07 at the time of this review, I’d say it’s definitely an incredible value, especially since the Lancome is around $30.00 and sometimes I feel that it runs out way too fast. There’s still plenty of product left in this tube.I’d definitely recommend it!!

MASCARA FLAKED OFF ALONG WITH EYELASHES
This mascara was cheap yes but I really didnt think it would break my lashes off!! It went on ok but was a bit clumpy and my lashes stuck together pretty bad. It made my eyes itchy within an hour or 2 of wearing and when I went to rub my eyes the mascara along with my eye lashes flaked off. Not worth saving a few bucks definitely splurge on your makeup and skincare you are worth it!!

Best brand of mascara I have found!
– The box came wrapped in a plastic safety seal, which I appreciate. There is also a manufacturing date and expiration date printed on the box.- My current favorite mascara is the 4d silk fiber mascara (the silver and blue container) from this brand, and I find this formula to be similar.- The brush seems to be pretty well made and it separates your lashes well. The mascara formula is not stringy or clumpy at all and it lengthens well. I think I slightly prefer the brush on the silver and blue version since it is slightly more tapered at the end which makes it easier to reach the smaller inner and outer lashes.- I find that the mascara stays on well all day, holds a curl, and does not flake much. It does wash off with no issues in the shower, which depending on your preference, might be a good or bad thing since it says it’s waterproof. I normally don’t buy waterproof mascara since it can be drying and I find that I lose too many lashes trying to get it off if it requires eye make up remover. This washes off with my normal cleanser without much scrubbing needed.- Overall, I’ve been very impressed by both of the mascaras that I have purchased from this brand. They are priced so well, and you can often find them on sale too. I HIGHLY suggest you try this mascara or the one in the blue and silver container.
