I have tried my fair share of waterproof eyeliners because my eyes tend to water so I prefer waterproof. Usually they are truly waterproof or simply too expensive to purchase for an eyeliner. This is truly waterproof and doesn’t make me feel guilty for buying it because it isn’t expensive. I have truly found my perfect eyeliner and I can now stop searching. I also have this eyeliner in the color Black because I like it so much.
