Very messy and hard to clean off sink, counter
Extremely difficult to use without making a mess on yourself and area around you. Hard to clean off sink, counter. Looks like dirt. Will take a lot of practice to use properly. Little jar is cute. Puff is very hard to use. Once you get it on it is hard to blend. On skin it grips and looks patchy. Not for beginners. The one back in the 70’s was easier to use.

Greatest product, hasn’t changed!
I had some Indian Earth back in the late 70’s. I broke the clay pottery, so had to use a jar. 5 years ago, a friend broke the jar and threw it and contents away. I wanted to order more, but was afraid the formula had been changed. I also read reviews and saw complaints about not much product in the pottery. So when I decided to go ahead and order, I ordered 2. I was more than thrilled when it arrived. It was exactly the same! I can only assume that those who complained about the amount, must not have been very familiar with the product. A tiny amount goes a long way. I had my 1st purchase for about 40 years and would still have it, had it not been broken. So I will pass on one of my containers, because the other will outlive me.

What I said previously
A little different in color from years ago. Goes on extremely dark, so use some light loose powder to tone down. Can also mix a tiny bit with lotion to give your arms, legs a glow, but just a tiny bit.,otherwise you look red. The bottles are different.
