I purchased this lipstick as I thought it would go with pretty much EVERY color lipstick. Also, I wanted the liner for lipsticks that weren’t as “transfer resistant” as I like and for “lipgloss” or “lighter lipstick days”. This liner was great for all three different reasons. I’ve been very pleased with the color-it works very well with MOST any lipsticks which is exactly what I wanted it for!For darker lipsticks not as “transfer resistant” as I like, I apply the “lip liner nearly nude” to my whole lips; because the liner is very transfer resistant-this, in turn, helps my lipstick last longer throughout the day.For “lip gloss” days, it depends how much wear I want out of my lip gloss. If I’m going shopping, for instance, and don’t want to apply my lip gloss frequently, I’ll line my whole lips with the “lip liner nearly nude”. Some touch-ups may be necessary after eating or drinking but not many-this lip liner really helps lip gloss wear longer! (If I’m just going to the gas station-I just “throw on” some lip gloss and don’t worry about it!).If I’m wearing a lighter pink lipstick that wears fairly well on it’s own, I usually just line my lips and put on the lip gloss.I love this lip liner because it’s versatile, pretty enough to wear on it’s own, and VERY reasonably priced! This liner comes in MANY colors and I can hardly wait to purchase more in different colors!! It’s just lovely!

Nearly Nude looks orange on light colored skin. Probably not bad if you have darker skin. It does smudge so be careful.I am going to try Naked & Sand colors next to see if they are less warm toned.

Tip broke off on first use. Very soft, and I can tell it won’t last more than 20-30 applications. I won’t purchase again, too expensive if I have to replace every month.

The stick inside came to me broken, so without using it, I already lost an 1/8th of the product 🙁 Other than that, it’s a great liner because the color is bold and it goes on so smoothly. It’s good to note that’s it’s a great lip liner to use for those are beginners or can’t put on lip liner right. Reason I say that is because it is so easy to apply and it just glides on and if you need to, it’s easy to smudge so you don’t have a hard line if you don’t want that.

I do not recommend this product
No matter how low you position the retractable point, it always breaks off. The product is very dry so it is very brittle. Every time I try to use it, the tip just breaks off.

Cruelty free and feels like luxury. This lipliner glides on. I am wearing the nude here (with Winky lux kitty kiss&tail color) and it blends nicely. I can also use the lipliner to fill in my lips, and add a little balm without added color if I want. I have the raspberry and the nude colors from this company and both are great! Stays on a long time. I am very happy with the quality and ease of application. I also like that it is a swivel stick so no sharpening… I am a happy customer! So hard to find great affordable cruelty free make-up. I am buying more.
