Not easy to do it for yourself
This Lash Lift and Black Color Kit arrived in a nice box and I was so excited to try this for myself at home but it was more complicated than I thought. The instruction is very straightforward and easy but it’s not very comfortable to do it for yourself and you definitely need a help specially if you are a beginner. The quality is good and I love the result at the end.

This Permania Lash & Brow Lift kit really caught my attention. The kit itself contains all the tools and solutions needed to keep lashes and brows in beautiful condition and bypassing a lot of daily makeup time.The booklet is easy to read and understand and instructions are detailed with pictures. However, when I went through the process and applied the perming lotion to the lashes, my eyelid started itching and burning. So I had to back out of this process as apparently my eyelids are too sensitive.I was able to laminate and dye my brows which is a plus for me. I like the look and it is there even after my shower now! For beginner’s it might be good to recommend another person to help with this process for the first time.I do like this product and wish I had been able to test the eyelash lift.

I ordered this “PERMANIA Lash Lift and Black Color Kit, Salon Results Eyelash Perm & Brow Lamination Kit with Detailed Instruction Easy for Beginner Natural Lasts up to 4 Weeks” product because I’ve read about eyelash coloring and was curious to check it out. I only used the eye lash portion of the kit because I’m happy with my brows the way they are but my eyelashes are nearly invisible without mascara. Because I was doing it by myself, I did only one eye at a time. I struggled a lot more with one side that the other (maybe I’m left-eyed as well as left-handed?) to keep the eye still and closed while applying. I’m happy with the outcome, but not terribly excited about needing to do this again in 4 weeks.

Fuller eyebrow appearance
The PERMANIA Lift and Tint Kit contained all the tools and product needed for reshaping and tinting my eyebrows at home. However, after reading the step-by-step illustrated user’s manual, I called my sister to assist me in this process because I wear prescription eyeglasses, and it would’ve been challenges for me to do without the aid of my glasses. We also viewed a few internet tutorial videos before diving in. With my sister’s help, we were able to create the appearance that I had fuller, more uniformed brows – the process took us a bit over 1-hour to complete because we took our time to avoid mistakes. My sister and I were so pleased with our 1st attempt, that we switched places, and I performed the same procedure on her brows and her brows, too, appeared fuller and naturally shaped. I particularly liked that my brows appeared naturally shapely and fuller without employing an eyebrow pencil to fill in the sparse areas of my brows. It’s been about 2-weeks since application and, so far, our eyebrows remain visible and well-defined. My rating is based on the brow lamination process because I haven’t tried the lash lift and tint as of this date.

Decent tint kit
I was excited to try this lift and tint kit, as I have been really into this lately. I like the look of the semi-permanent curl and color that you are supposed to get with a kit like this. I was really happy with the tint…it’s easy to use. I just do one eye at a time so that I can do it myself. It takes longer, but there’s less chance of getting it in your eye that way, and it stings if it gets in your eye. I am happy with the process and color of the tinting. Unfortunately, the lifting did nothing at all. Again, I did one eye at a time so I could do this myself, and literally nothing happened. I was really disappointed with the lifting part of this kit. I might try this again having someone else do it for me and see if there are better results, otherwise the lift portion is useless. 5 stars for the tinting, 1 star for the lifting.

The Glue Sucks!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Waste of money. The glue doesn’t work at all and the eye pads don’t align with the shape of the eye. I have straight eyelashes and this kit didn’t work whatsoever. I want my money back.

I prefer to DIY this type of thing. Yes, it takes longer, and you can only do one eye at a time, but the amount of money you save while still looking put together is the key here. The instructions aren’t great, but there are enough videos online with tips and tricks, and you’ll learn your style in no time.

Glue isn’t great but perfect starter kit!
I have been very happy with this lash kit! It is so nice when they come with the lift and color. I am a natural blonde so coloring them black makes them look great! i do not need to wear mascara and if/when I do, I do not need to use as much. The glue in this kit is not my favorite. I had to keep reapplying it after each step to get my lashes to stick. It does work great at lifting my lashes though. It lasts about 4 weeks for me. I am sure results will vary from person to person. The kit would be great for beginners!

Save your money
Tried this after Luxelash as I wanted to try a kit with a glue balm. The glue balm is nice but other than that, the results were pretty meh. And the lash pads are way too large for average lashes.

Beginner friendly?
Yeah I got this being someone who has never had these services before but has recently began dying my eyebrows and lashes as of late to which I have enjoyed the results. Even in that I am still pretty new to the whole thing and I have burned my eyeballs getting the solution in them and let me tell you its about the same if not a little worse than getting soap in your eyes js. Anywho I to say the least chickened out on the lashes but I did attempt to do the brows and I even looked at the instructions as well as a few videos to make sure I could get this process right. Well let me tell you it did not turn out well. I started with what looked like I was going in the right direction but by the end I can’t say I had laminated brows. I didn’t do the plastic wrap on the brows one because the instructions didn’t tell me to but also because it wasn’t something included. I may give it a shot again in the future to see if I can work into getting the hang of it but at this moment and time it didn’t work for me and I truly was a beginner.

Good quality & value
This kit comes with everything you could possibly need & more. It’s challenging to do your own eyelash lift, but if you have to- the quality of ingredients is key! And this kit does not disappoint: the glue is *strong.* So the pads stay in place and and you need very little on just the top 1/3-1/2 of your lashes to get them lifted. The perm solution was stronger than I’ve seen in other DIY kits. As with any tho – you do have to get it veryyyy close, like right up to the waterline, for max lift. But easier said than done because it is a MF if it gets *in* your eye; which will be often if you don’t have a very steady hand & proper lighting.The eyebrow lamination worked very well. I didn’t see much change with the dye but my lashes & eyebrows are already naturally black so not sure I’m best to judge there.Overall impressive kit at this price point (24.99 currently, but several promo options that would bring it even lower) – highly recommend!
