Itchy eyes
I bought this eyeliner for personal use. I love the color and it goes on smoothly and does not tug. It lays all day and does not smudge. I am not sure what is in this eyeliner though it makes my eyes itch like crazy. I was pretty disappointed about that. It’s a beautiful and rich in color and pigmentation.

Bad allergic reaction
My wife got a bad allergic reaction to this eyeliner. Put it on in the afternoon and by the evening time, her eyes were irritated. As soon as we got home, she washed it off. But the reaction lingered for a day and half. The following morning she had a lot of crust in her eyes and they were very swollen. She ended up having to miss work for two days
