    The only eyeliner that actually applied smoothly AND doesn’t smudge or run throughout the day, that’s UNDER $20! I love this stuff and I’ve been using it for ten years give or take. It’s the best.

    Great long wearing eye liner

    Revlon Colorstay eye liner is the best liner for long wear. I have used Colorstay for many many years. I have tried other brands but none stays on as well as Colorstay. It applies easily and smoothly. I never have an issue applying it or with it coming off or running. The price is a low great value price for great quality eye liner.
