This is the best liquid liner, it’s a shame we can’t find it in many U.S. stores now. It’s a budget liner, and is better than anything I’ve ever tried from Sephora or Ulta. I marked it 3 on easy to use because liquid liner on average is tough for people to use, and on top of that, this has such a fine brush that for some people, even those who have experience, it might be a little much. I love it and am used to it and it’s what I use for my everyday cat-eye. I hope they don’t discontinue or try to replace this with something else because it’s the clear winner when it comes to liquid liners.

Absolutely AMAZING discontinued product
From what I understand, Rimmel discontinued this product but my daughter is OBSESSED with it so I was elated to find it here and for such a great price! It stays on, dries quick, doesn’t smudge and holds up to tears or eyes watering, lasts all day, and the brush applicator is TINY. She’s able to draw perfect wings every time that look incredible and last all day without the need to reapply. I REALLY wish this hadn’t been discontinued, and I’ll probably regret telling you this, but buy it while you can! It’s great!

Watery and Thin
This liquid eyeliner is very watery when you apply it. It is thin and needs multiple coats. I don’t think it would hold up a long time without reapplying, which I had to do. Great black color though.
