    I agree with what others have said, you get what you pay for…

    I was really excited about the colors, and the price! But, you do get what you pay for.Some of the liners were very thin/watery. I found that if I stamp my eyelid with the side of the felt tip, it lays color better. But that does nothing for the areas where I want a fine line.The color isn’t as bright as in the photos, either. They’re very dull.The “ink” is blotchy. Kind of like how a chalk line has voids in it. And when I tried to go back over those areas, it removed the last layer. Similar to if you write over a Dry-Erase pen. So, these aren’t really buildable.Sometimes the tip is just too dry and feels scratchy, that it hurts. I suggest storing them with the tip down. Mine are lying on their side in a drawer. Maybe shake them down? I don’t know.They remind me of items from a pre-made Easter or Christmas Basket you get as a teen.

    It is NOT waterproof Not smudge proof! I bought the eye liners & they smudge & smear so easy. I was never refunded my money & is simply not worth spending your money!

    They go on very smooth, but there is no glitter in them. Very easy to remove after use excellent product, but be aware that there is no glitter to it.
