Bleaching travel kit…. At best
I want to start by saying this product does work…but not in the way I (and probably many others) would assume from the listing. I know it says “touch up kit” and you can pick black, brown, etc., so naturally I thought this was meant to cover greys or freshen roots between dye jobs. Nope. This is actually a bleaching/lightening kit. The listing and packaging don’t make that clear at all. Only once you have the box in hand, in tiny letters on the side, does it mention “lightens hair,” and inside the instructions openly call it bleach. That’s a big difference, and I think the wording is either a mistranslation or just very misleading.Once I adjusted my expectations, I realized it could be useful for things like subtle highlights, streaks, or even lightening brows if your hair is dyed lighter than your natural color. (Although…learn from my mistake. I skimmed instead of reading carefully and ended up accidentally bleaching my eyebrows. They’re practically invisible now. Lesson learned!)I took off a star for the vague marketing and another star for the confusing labeling, but if you’re looking for a compact, travel-friendly bleaching kit, this actually works like it should—mix powder with developer, apply, wait, rinse, and it lightens to a natural shade. Just don’t expect it to be a “grey coverage” root touch-up kit, because it definitely isn’t.

This is to bleach eyebrows!
I thought this was a hair color kit from Korea for brown hair, and I had planned to use it around the roots of my hair. Instead, I discovered it was a bleaching product for your eyebrows. So please be aware before you buy this because I think the wording in the description made this a bit misleading.

I know it says “touch up kit” and you can buy black, brown etc. It even says “for dark hair” so maybe, like me, you thought this was a kit to touch up your roots between dye jobs to cover the greys. But no. It is not. Despite it saying nowhere on the listing (at the time of publication) or the box, this is a bleaching/lightening kit. Perhaps due to bad translation, they used “brighten” instead of “lighten” in the description.Once you get the box in hand in tiny little letters on the side it says “lightens hair” and the instruction booklet inside calls the product “bleach.” Good thing I saw that before I went in to darken my roots! I was actually kind of thrilled that someone made a root touch up kit that would be convenient for travel, so you wouldn’t have to take a whole box of dye with you on an extended vacation or find a hair salon mid-holiday. That’s still true if you are someone doing the opposite, I suppose.Once I got over the fact this is *not* a root touch-up for people who color greys, but one for people with dark hair who bleach their hair lighter…I saw other possibilities. I was thinking it would be pretty cool to use it to make highlights or stripes in your hair as well. It does have a warning that it can react differently on dyed hair vs natural hair. I’m not sure if I am brave enough to try that…but Halloween is coming up! You could use it to lighten your eyebrows if you have dyed your hair lighter than your natural shade, etc.This is a Korean product and the box and instructions are mostly in Korean with some translations in English in spots. I took a star for being completely vague and designating what is clearly a bleaching kit as a touch-up product for black, brown hair etc with no clear verbiage identifying it as bleach until you open the box.That said, it works as usual…you mix powder with developer and brush on, wait, rinse out. It promises to lighten your hair to “a natural shade.”

Little amount of product
This touchup kit is pointless. It didnt do much. The first time I read the instructions it referred to bleaching and lighting the hair so I got nervous and did a test patch because I wanted my hair darker. It did not lighten and didn’t do anything. But thinking, maybe I didn’t leave it on long enough the second try I did my root touchup around my hairline and my part as you can see in the before and after it didnt do much. It added a tiny amount of color but looks pretty much the same. I do not know who this would be good for. Also, the container is so small and there is less than a tablespoon worth of the hair dye, which is not nearly enough for any sort of a touchup. Maybe it would work better if there was a normal amount of product.

ANAZE Self Touch-Up BLEACH Kit B01 Brown
When I ordered this kit, it stated touch-up kit which made me think this was for root touchups but seeing how little product is provided, that seemed super weird. Turns out this is a lightening kit for dark brows!! It’s a two part kit with powder and cream developer and comes with an applicator brush. I find it is much too expensive for a an eyebrow bleaching kit so buy at your own discretion. I do lighten my brows so this ended up working out for me but I find it is truly confusing as it should state it’s for eyebrow lightening meant for darker hair!!
