    Matte Eyeliner on a budget

    This is my first time trying Sheglam liquid eyeliner; I loved this dried down quicker, doesn’t budge and the felt tip is an ease. The previous liquid liners I have used do fade and flake off on my oily eyelids and does not stay a rich Black color, but this one is rich matte finish and stayed its original color.

    Great application for a long lasting, precise eyeliner.

    Fantastically thin tip for a precise wing. Goes on very smooth and glides effortlessly. Lasts all day with zero smudging. Rich dark black in color. Price can’t be beat. I’m officially a convert.

    Very Pigmented but be careful, it dries out quick.

    It’s a solid black and it applies on the skin pretty easily, but it dries out quickly if you leave it open for too long.

    Unhappy with the eyeliner. It’s like a dried up marker. Don’t mess up, it smudges awfully. I’d recommend applying liner first or you’re redoing your makeup.

    LOVE THIS EYELINER. Easy application it lasts all day, very smudge resistant and it dries incredibly fast. I love how fine the tip is to perfect winged eyeliner. Great price to elevate your makeup on a budget🙂
