Not bad, but very dry
I ordered this because I love pore blurring primers. I love the silky feel they leave on my skin and love how they provide a perfect base for makeup! When I saw that SheGlam made a primer stick, I was all for it and decided to order it. I love anything in stick form because it makes it so much easier to use and also to carry if you ever need to travel with it. When it arrived I thought that it was going to be bigger than it was. It’s not small, but it’s also not huge and I thought it would be just a bit bigger (like wider). It was relatively easy to apply, you just rub the stick over your face, but it was a bit hard to tell if the primer was actually on my face and I feel like I had to do 2 layers of it because I was afraid I had missed spots. This DOES make your skin feel silky smooth and it absolutely does blur your pores as well. However, this is a pretty dry formula. I was expecting it to be a bit softer or more squishy and it’s pretty solid and dry. It feels almost like rubbing a deodorant on your face. It’s not a terrible feeling, but since I have dehydrated skin, I need a primer that’s more hydrating, or at least one that will help hold in the moisture from my skincare. I’ll definitely use this and its not a bad primer, but definitely be aware that it’s not going to hydrate you at all. I wore this under a full face of makeup and my makeup stayed put all day. I DID need to mist my face a few times for hydration, but the makeup stayed and did not budge. It IS a good primer and if you have oily skin this would probably work great for you. For someone with dry skin, you might want to look for something a bit more hydrating.

This did nothing for my pores. The first time I tried it, I didn’t build it up, I just did small swipes and didn’t see any difference. It does feel a bit greasy on the skin. The second time, I was a bit more generous and I didn’t hate the results. It does leave a film over the face, but it does sit nicely under powder foundation. You definitely have to use some kind of sticky primer with this and a good setting spray if you’re oily. I don’t find myself reaching for this when applying makeup, so I don’t think this will be something I purchase in the future.

Pretty good!!! My first time trying sheglam products and this makes me want to try more. It’s so light and undetectable I can even wear it alone. No smell. Easy to use.

Blurs pores/texture without irritating/clogging my skin
This pore eraser stick works great to smooth/blur my skin for flawless makeup. I mainly use it on my nose and chin, which works great, but recently tried it under my eyes, where i have some fine lines, as well and it worked great for that too. And unlike some other “pore filling” primers I’ve tried (like the ELF pore putty, bleh), this one doesn’t clog up my pores and cause breakouts/blackheads (it’s also smoother and more comfy on my skin than the ELF one). It’s super quick and easy to apply, just swipe and pat it in, and it’s great to bring on the go bc it’s small and won’t make a mess. It’s also a great value (like basically everything from Sheglam). I highly recommend!
