    Best eye shadow primer

    I’ve tried other primers but this is the only one that works. My makeup stays crease free all day.

    Works well with oily eyelids

    I checked reviews first to see how it worked with oily eyelids and it was pretty 50/50. Ultimately I tried it and bought 2 other brands. This one is by far the best, I’d say it lasts atleast 6 hours and as oils come back it wasn’t like the gloss look, my makeup didn’t crease or oil or set either. I don’t wear it as eyeshadow primer, just to prime for concealer and I was pleasantly surprised. It it not clear, it leaves a little white behind but I like this effect with concealer as it brightens the eye area.

    Shadow stays in place 7 to 8 hours

    When my favorite eyelid primer was discontinued I decided to try this one. It’s almost as good as my old brand. It definitely helps shadow last longer, but 12 hours is pushing it. I’d say probably 7 to 8 hours. One specific positive is that it’s very soft going on. I rub it on my finger first and then apply to lids.

    Doesn’t crease. Emphasizes lid wrinkles though

    Only thing that actually doesn’t crease my oily lids. Downside is it makes my lids tight and kinda wrinkles one of them. But the primers that don’t do this… end up creasing. So I only use this when I really need it to stay al day.

    Half Star – Not a fan

    Not sure why people rave about this item. I find it to be less than average but I don’t have issues with creasing so maybe it helps with that. I need something tacky and stickier to keep my eyeliner from smudging. This primer is too silky for that. Won’t be buying it again.

    the best primer for hooded eyes!

    I bought a high end palette and nothing was keeping it from creasing until I tried this. I’m in my 60’s so the eyelids are getting a bit hooded so a good primer is a game changer and this one is the bomb. I also love that it doesn’t have an applicator that has to go back into the tube each time since I’ve got dry eyes and prone to eye infections. I prefer to squeeze some onto my clean palm and go from there so my primer stays clean until I use it up. It works! My eyeshadow is pristine until I take it off at night.
