    No more dry lips

    I quit wearing any lipstick as I got older.Most colors caked on with heavy color. The majority of those lipsticks went right in the trash . I love the light color tints AND they don’t dry out my lips!

    Was no where worth the money. I don’t even use it. Can’t stand the taste of it on my lips.

    This was a big rip off. Do not waste your money on this. It was nothing like prescribed. I couldn’t even stand the taste of it on my lips. Can’t believe I gave so much money for this and now I see it for less than 12$. Only reason I didn’t send it back was I had already opened it and used each one once. Hasn’t been touched since.

    Dubious about value

    In general, I like Thrive products. These lip tints are no exception. They feel like a cross between a balm and a lip oil, and provide more pigment than I expect from either. They feel great as they wear down.The first negative comes with the wear down. They set on the drier outer areas of the lips like a stain, but stay transient on the inner areas. Meaning they transfer easily. Within a couple of hours of sipping from a water bottle it looks as though thick, bold lip liner is all I am wearing. So they need to be frequently refreshed. That’s a bummer, but it happens when there is that much pigment.The second, and bigger issue is not about the quality, but about the choice. These three come in a ‘reusable’ makeup bag, which is really just a waste product since it is too big to fit in anything but a large purse or luggage, and it doesn’t hold up to travel well. So discounting that item, their is no value in getting a kit of three rather than just buying the ones that you want individually for near the same cost. The three colors picked out are pretty, but they seem as though they were chosen for this kit with the idea of providing one color good for the three major ranges of skin tone (light, medium, dark) so everyone could find something. But that leaves two other colors that don’t work well for each one. There is no value in buying the kit at that point. Make sure you like all three colors before getting.
