All the Shimmer!
I love me some shimmer, especially if I am having a fun night out or going to a party, so I was especially excited to order these shimmer sticks.The two colors are silver and translucent opal iridescent. The sticks are soft, so you do need to be mindful of how much pressure you are applying, but I didn’t experience any mushing or breaking of the sticks. It took me a bit to figure out how to get to the sharpener that is in the base of the stick. Not sure if I will ever really need it since the stick itself is already pretty narrow. I didn’t notice any scent with either of the sticks. I’ve been wearing one or the other daily as a lid liner for a little extra subtle sparkle on top of my regular eye shadow. I did end up writing a letter on the top/end of each so I could tell them apart without taking off the cap as there is no marking on the stick itself. The casing for the opal is a very slight pink whereas the frosty is white, but it is just easier to have a quick visual to check.At a price point of $10 USD for two, that’s a bit cheaper than for a similar product, so I’d call this a bargain. I wish they had other colors available I could order.

Nice applicators and shine, but not very pigmented
These two eyeshadow sticks have a very nice applicator that makes them easy to apply. One is labeled “frosty” and the other is labeled “Opal essence”. Frosty is more of a light glittery silver, and Opal essence is more of a holographic glittery silver. The issue that I had with these is how they just aren’t very pigmented. You need to apply them several times over just for them to show up. I would have preferred something more pigmented for an eyeshadow stick. This is more like light glitter, so for me, I will most likely use it to just add a little bit of shine or highlight around my eyes or face.

Decent Set of 2 Highlighter Sticks – Silver and Snow White
I received these “Yosca 2Pcs Glitter Cream Eyeshadow Stick, Silver and Chameleon White Eye Brightener” – I think they’re okay. They’re pigmented, but I guess they’re not as pigmented as I expected? If you’re looking for a very light highlight, these are the pencils for you. If you’re looking to go a little more bold, you’ll need to add several layers. They do glide on nicely and don’t smudge easily, the color also lasts longer than I expected it to. For 2 shades, I feel like it’s a pretty good value at it’s current price point, but I wouldn’t call either of these shades chameleon. It’s more of an snow white and silver.

Just Okay
I wanted to like these eye shadow sticks more than I did. I feel that their price tag of $9.99 (at the time of this review) is decent, but their quality is somewhat lacking. The sticks themselves are fairly soft and break easily. Applying them, even delicately, forces them back into their tube, creating a ring of mush around the opening that they come through. They are not very pigmented, and the images used to sell them are a bit misleading; it would be difficult to achieve the concentration of colour depicted, even after several layers of application. They would be more appropriate for a little bit of shimmer or highlight, but not as a sole source of colour. I found that these shadows felt greasy and did smear a bit after a few hours of wear. It was, on the plus side, easy to take off with makeup remover.

Shiny but gentle
As you can see on my hand, the glimmer is light, but very much there. This is on bare skin, and you can get various different effects by layering it on foundation, or powders. You won’t get it more layered on itself, given that it’s a creme.The mechanical pencil works fine, it’s a thick end, so you won’t ever do fine details with this. Better for a large swatch that you blend.

Broken on Arrival and Very Little Product
I ordered this eye highlighter because I liked the idea of an eyeshadow stick that could also be used as a highlighter on the inner and outer corners of the eyes. The set came with two pencils for about nine dollars, labeled 006 Opal Essence and 008 Frosty. Based on the listing, I was expecting Silver White and Chameleon White, so the colors were not what I thought I was ordering.When the pencils arrived, one looked completely empty until I realized the entire product had broken off inside the cap. I managed to reattach it, but it made me notice how little product there actually is in each pencil. The container makes it look like there is more inside than there really is.The two shades are almost identical, with one being just a little more sparkly than the other. When applied directly from the stick, the product is thick and a bit goopy, so it doesn’t create a smooth line. Once blended, it looks softer and gives a nice shimmer, which I did like.I wouldn’t purchase these again. The small amount of product, the broken stick, and the nearly identical shades make it feel like a poor value. While they can give a soft shimmer highlight, I think there are better quality options available for the price that would arrive intact and contain more product.
